Uhaul customer service was disgraceful but this location was good. I had a rental at another location and they handed me the keys but said the back is locked and we don't know the combo so go call roadside assistance. Here I was in a small town without a ride and told either to wait an hour to get the lock off or to be transferred down the road with almost no Uber service.Avidor G.

Take a look at your website. I tried to book this rental on line initially but it failed to save my information when it can time to check out. This happened twice. I then rented the trailer in person. The lady I worked with on checking out the equipment has great customer relation skills and very knowledgeable.Rusty H.
Store opened late so I didn't receive vehicle on time. Also vehicle was on empty when I was told it had a 16th of a tank. I left vehicle with a quarter of a tank and was told it was at a 16th. When I called to dispute i was told I would get an $18.35 credit, I was only credited $12.00. Very disappointed in the whole experience-Carri W.

I was upset they charged me for fuel. I put more in then I left with. I even took a photo of the mileage and fuel gage so this wouldn't happen. Yet it still did.. Wow.. Just wow.Timothy W.
When we arrived to turn in Truck we rented office was closed with a sign on door will be back at 1:30 . 2 Customers before us left and stopped waiting. After waiting 25 minutes past when they was coming back from lunch the 3 Ladies pulled up 25 minutes late. Poor way to run a business not opening on time and having all 3 employees at lunch at sametime should stagger lunch so someone is always available instead of making them wait because they are all 3 having lunch together. Office very messy . I personally wouldn't recommend this locationROGER W.

I reserved a 10 foot truck from another location. Later I received an email telling me that my location had changed because there was no 10 foot truck at the location I had reserved it from. Then when I went to pick it up from the revised location, there was no 10 foot truck. I was forced to rent a van and make several trips with several vehicles which cost considerably more. U Haul refused to give me any discount. It cost me seriously more money (compensating the other vehicles with gas and mileage besides the van) and it cost me more time as more trips needed to be made. I am hot happy with UHaul.Pete E.

Everything was great except I was charged the $10 for vehicle coverage when I got to the store even though I opted out when making my reservation online. I was asked to sign the bill without them telling me what I was being charged. Now that I have seen my bank account summary, I pulled up the receipt and see where they charged for the coverage. I have screenshots of my reservation and it clearly shows that I did not want the coverage.Angelica C.

Premier Center made renting a U-Haul a breeze, will definitely return for additional U-Haul needs in the future. There was a slight issue processing the rental through U-Haul's system but the staff at Premier had it taken care of ASAP. Would 100% Recommend to anyone!Matthew B.

The AC did not work in the truck cab. It was 90 degrees on moving day. I was promised a $10 discount, which I didn't think was enough, but I was in a jam and had to have the truck because I had a whole crew ready to move. Well never received the discount and nobody will return my email. Moving day was terrible. To hot for humans. Cab getting up to 130 degrees at times.Tamara C.

I actually see no room for improvement. I always receive a clean truck and equipment. Premiere carries a high set of standards that other locations haven't yet achieved and for this reason I continue to rent trucks and equipment as well as refer others to this location.RODNEY B.

So the lady was super nice and helpful, but the trailer was broken and had been for a while. So while on the phone with Uhaul, I'm looking for another trailer, they cant find one less than 30 miles away. I found one in Lakeland. I reserved it, but call d up to the previous experience. Was told that they didn't have one. Wasted 2 hours now. So I call back tell them I want to rent truck at my current location, and she reserved it 20 miles away. Lady was beyond helpful and got me in a truck. But while she was trying to fix problems, other place called, they didn't have that truck available but they did have original trailer the man was mistaken. Needless to say my Uhaul experience sucked.Larry E.
A two day overcharge was finally refunded except for the tax charged on the overcharge, I will still have to request that refund. The instruction for the return location did not have an attendant and the website was not functional. Consequently, this return has been a disaster. Arrived when personnel were out to lunch. They came back while I was doing a self sign out. They completed the sign out. 1. I'm handicapped. Doing the self sign out, while convient can be a hassel for a handicapped person. 2. A sign stating when personnel would return would have been helpful.
