I was never informed that I was being charged an additional $40. All of a sudden, I see a charge of $40 from U-Haul for an extra day. I brought the equipment back before 4 o’clock of which I was informed that it had to be back before 4 o’clock. The person I spoke to on the phone who called me to verify drop off location, specifically said I needed to have it back by 4 o’clock.. I will never use U-Haul again.

KELLY BI lived right behind your UHaul depot. It was very convenient and fast to rent. I was able to move my kit to a new location with no problems. Great staff customer service.
