There was no personnel available because this was an after hours drop off which was fine. The location needs to be lit up more.

ALFONSO PMake sure this facility communicates with the San Bernardino office that truck was returned. I got three calls on differing days from SB asking when the truck had been or would be returned. They started two days after return. Very annoying.

Dush DTell them to set the pickup time sooner than they arrive or else they can’t pick it up because there’s no customer support, also make sure they opt to pickup over the app because no one will help you there, also buy anything and rent anything you need elsewhere because you can’t do it here.

Michael MDropped the truck off one day early. The location checked in the truck 3 days later, after I called customer support.

MIchael SI rented a u haul for a total of 6 hours. Turned it in to the employees without any problems, took photos of it at check in. The next day I get an email invoice stating I turned in the u haul about 25 hours after renting it and get charged and extra $40 for an extra day. I called up this location and was told my money would be refunded yesterday and still have not been refunded. This place scammed me.

mark hTruck needed to be swept before use. Not a big deal, but expected. Check in procedures could be enhanced. I had just rented a month before with all check in rats completed. Did the online checkin for this and confirmed with local staff that all was set for pickup, but instead had to go thru it all again upon pickup.

Kurt HVery poor customer service. They take forever to open the door. The guy helping me out was not good - had to repeat my name about 3 times in a row to correct him because he kept using a different last name in the application. He kept saying, sorry that's the other customers last name and I keep getting confused. Very frustrating. Lack of paying attention to detail. I would never go back to this location again. I dropped my key off the day that it was due and the guy never checked the truck in. I was called 3 days later to let me know that the truck had not been returned when in reality what happened was that the guy was lazy to check it in because he was too busy doing other stuff.
Enrique MMy rental return was not reported to UHaul and I received a very upsetting call two days later. My rental had been returned the same day, ahead of schedule.

clarice fI ordered 12 blankets. I was told the salesman didn’t deliver them. I was up a creek. I had to go to Home Depot and buy blankets. However the trailer pulled just fine. I completed the move.

Damian CRented U-Haul in Cortez, CO - picked up 9/22/18 - had it rented until 9/26/18 - I returned in that Wednesday in Rancho Cucomonga before 10 AM. Rental person there not very friendly! However, I RECENTLY received an e-mail stating that I returned it on September 27 - that is in error! E-mail listed extra day charge of $20.00. However, my checking account was debited $28.00 on 10/9/18. So don't know that I will use U-Haul again - unless you send me a refund.

Simone BI was extremely disappointed with the fact that I had to have it back in 6 hours when I was charged the same for a 24 hour period. I called tech support 4 hours into my rental period asking if I could turn it in later and I was told if I turned it in past 7pm then I would be charged another day rate for the extra time. That is totally ridiculous when I payed the same rate for a 24hour period. I am very displeased about this policy and will be looking for other options in the future. That is a very unfriendly customer satisfaction policy!

gordon rAnswer your damned phone! I've spent as long as 15-20 minutes on hold on the 800 phone number. Once I DO talk to a person, they are always quite helpful, but WOW, what an annoyance to be on hold so long to get simple questions answered.

BENEDICT mThe reservation was made a week in advance. The day before pick up UHaul changed the location. The truck was dusty and dirty it was not swept out.

erika mI only went here because I reserved a u-haul at another location a mile away 24 hours PRIOR. Went to this location at 7:45 because my reservation that I did online stated I was "ready to go" pick up the U-haul at 7:30 AM! Easy enough. Well I get there and it was closed. Nobody around. I then call the number provided and the associate tells me, " oh well you reserved online and that is never a good thing" your facility won't open until 9:30, that's what happens when you reserve online. Real blasé and matter of fact , like he could care less. He did find me another u-haul facility nearby that handled the situation with ease. No issues with that place. I just hope I don't get charged for my precious reservation. If placing a reservation is so unreliable then take it off your system.
Leslie WI was guaranteed a Dolly when I confirmed my reservation, but this facility stated that they did not have a Dolly for me. The person who took my payment did not know what he was doing on the uhaul computer system. There was trash in the cab and dirt in the back.
