alton bThere were no personnel at the location when we dropped off because it was after hours so therefore I marked No as helpful.
Elizabeth NCheck engine because the fuel injection system was messed up. I had. Breakdown in Chattanooga which cost me $198.00 for hotel and gas was only getting about 5 miles to gallon . I had to keep putting in 1/2 tank every 150-200 miles. The fumes inside the cab were making me sick. I thought it was diesel from semi trucks but it must have been the 15’ gas truck I was driving. I spent $125 just for gas and was on empty when I arrived in Richmond VA which I had arranged with Uhaul on the phone as the new destination. Uhaul never could get ahold of me after so waited in Chattanooga for another 2 hours or more while they were supposed to go over the ROadside Towing report. I spoke to 5 different people at Uhaul from towing to customer service and nobody could find my reference number when so gave it them and I was passed from one person to another. I became so frustrated and exhausted. I feel like I had been literally lost. I’m put in claims for hotel, gas and still after sending in photos of those so still haven’t been reimbursed. This company is not connected to each system for all the emails I sent and deny having my reservation or reference or even my phone number. Crazy. I will complain to BbB.

PAULA TI rented this truck 8 Jul 24 and in 9 Jul 24 I received an invoice that included a $25 cleaning fee. I went back and asked the manager to show me what was not clean and he said he did not add the cleaning fee. I showed him the invoice with the charge and he was adamant that he did not add the charge. I can only assume that uhaul has it loaded into their system to add the the charge. He assured me he would find out how the charge ended up on the invoice and to refund the $25, I hope that is the case or I will no longer use uhaul. JDC

This feature allows you to unload your truck and return it on your schedule. The app is very well thought out and organized. Great development work.

Greyson TLet the people, with Android phones, know ahead of time that the app won't work for after hours pick up and drop off. Once I Called the 1-800 number and they directed me it was easy, but it caused us an extra 30 minutes to get that ironed out. All in all it was easy-ish, but would've made the pick up smoother.

Don ABrandon and his son are just amazing individuals. Very helpful, knowledgeable and cares about their business and customers. The storage facility was and always kept neat and clean. The Uhaul trucks are well maintained and are available when needed. If I could rate a 100 stars for excellence then I would. We will continue to use Priemer Storage before looking elsewhere.
