When we picked up truck in Ringgold it had poop smeared on floor and smelled like Marijuana. Gentleman was very helpful. But we made it fine. Thank you.

alton bWe had a run around to pick up our truck ended up at another one to only get a smaller one then they wanted us to bring along a trailer for the back for the city I was ending up in and then had a run around to get that as well the people we talked to didnt even know what to do wasted two hours of our time and didnt even receive my full 100 back for the deposit they took out very disappointed I wouldnt recommend uhaul to anyone after today.
Carrie DRepairs need to be made to the driveway entrances. The representative we worked with at this location was very nice and helpful.
Geneine PThis is a great location, however this was the second time using them that we had to stick around longer due to their computer being unable to get online. Friendly staff, and eventually after many attempts we got the truck turned in and were on our way. Just be prepared to wait a few minutes.
