We greatly appreciate the uhaul truck and it was in good condition with adequate fuel for our trip. However, the automated pickup & return process on Sunday was awful! It took nearly an hour to obtain the truck as the app and website were not functioning properly and required numerous refreshes. The return process was even worse with similar problems and multiple attempts taking/submitting pictures. I'm not confident our issues were related to app problems alone as I also tried to complete the process on the webpage without success. It may be related to poor cell coverage in this area although we had 2 bars of 5G. If wifi is available for this location, it might be helpful to post the login info on or near the office door or at the lock box to see if this will help performance.
