I have never had a problem with the company until today, which seemed unfair to me. I am still in the process of looking at versions to find out what will happen in the end and then I will know what to think in the end.

I've been trying all day to add an authorized user and it wouldn't allow me so not sure what other options there are cause I can't find it So this would actually be a web site issue Im assuming. The ladies did say when I picked up the truck that they were having an email/internet issue but we are also in an area that was hit pretty bad by Helene and Milton. Otherwise extremely happy with the location

The young lady who greeted us upon returning the truck was very kind and helpful. She begin cleaning just minutes after we arrived and she checked us out fast. My day was made. Would definitely recommend this location.

Make sure there's enough fuel in truck to at least make it to gas station, people were great at pickup point in Zephyrhills florida was kinda worried about fuel when picked up but made it to station.

The rental rate was too expensive. I put on my initial inquiry I was going to Jacksonville. I was not told until it was to late the truck had to be returned to the rental location. $200 to drive an empty truck back. Never again.

Very bad oder when I opened the cab door. Rubber weatherstripping around the driver door fell in my arms when I opened the door. Drove about 23 miles and a tire blew out. Had to call roadside assistance.

I requested an appliance dolly with my rental truck and when I arrived I was informed that they did not have one available. I made my reservation days earlier. The lack of the dolly made my move much much harder than it should have been.

The truck was not well taken care of. At 55 mph on the highway the whole front end shakes.

We had a misunderstanding regarding the gas level. Staff call us and allowed us to return and put gas in truck.

The truck was in rough shape, bent bumper and a lot of exterior damage. It operated fine. I was switched from my original location and the new pick up location didn't have it set up and ready with dolly, but I was in and out quickly.

Not every Uhaul location is created equally. The front bumper on right hand side was coming off so I drove around with a truck that had been in accident along with this location charging for milage that cost as much as the amount of time I rented the truck.

We were told by Uhaul that we could drop off at this store and when we arrived we were treated poorly and told they could not take the auto carrier and we would have to take it to another dealer. We explained uhaul told us to drop off at their location they didn’t care.
