Was not walked around the truck, or had someone check the fuel with me...had to walk out to get my truck in the yard...when last I used U-haul, all of that was present...this is a bad look for you guys...

The location and people on hand were great and beyond nice. Uhaul on the other hand should let people know sooner about changes to pickup location. We drove an hour round trip out of the way because I did not receive a notification of venue change. The new venue was literally 2 minutes from our old house.
