truck smelled with cigarette smoke, front end was unsafe wobbled all over the road.

Michelle JThis location did not handle my return properly. They did not check the truck in until almost week after I dropped it off. Charged my credit card late return fees I did not owe. Did not communicate. Was given name Damien Wade as person to correct issues but he never answered phone and voice mail was not set up. He never contacted me about the return. Marley at corporate phone number was great. Still waiting on receipt for refund though.
