The employee (possibly the owner) was very polite and the rental price was fantastic. Although we only rented for round trip, one day, the price was right. I will rent from this location again when I need a trailer. Good work Prescott Valley U-haul!WAYNE M.

This location charged me a cleaning fee and gas fee even though the truck was clean and full of gas and I have pictures to prove it. On top of that they accused me of lying about the pictures I sent because of an app but I have geo location tags on each photo to prove that the truck was clean and full of gas. My truck pickup location was changed twice!! I had to dive 30 miles only to find no truck and had to drive another 30 miles to get the truck. I was double charged, uhaul owes me $171. Definitely not happy with this service at all!!Carrie N.

You really should fill up your trucks to full because I got my truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas and wound up filling it up when I didn't have to. So I basically got ripped off!Danny H.

I originally set up the pick up for the Blue Hills market in Dewey, and was very disappointed that the person behind the counter had absolutely no idea how to do any of the rental process. She had no compassion for my travelling to the market and spending my time only to hear her say, "Oh well, I can't help you. You'll have to go back home and set it up on line!!" This is not how you conduct business. You might want to have people who are trained to do things that are essential to your success. I will not be going back there to rent, or to buy gas, or to buy food. VERY unprofessional..Tim D.

I returned the truck and got told that I had damage done to it but don't worry I had the insurance. My problem was I didn't have damage and I noticed it when I did the online pickup. Also I got it with a quarter of a tank and she argued with me that it was more even when she kept incorrectly telling me where the amount is for a quarter of a tank is located. It was stressful and nerve racking. I will keep going to the uhaul store on 69 or go with another service since I do rentals several times a month for work.Robert V.

I had to go to 4 different locations to pick up my truck/trailer. Print WAY TOO small on brochure. Made resv at one location. He told me to go to other location. Went there they had an unavailable sign there. Directed other location. They didnt have resv. I had conf # that wasnt a help. Got brochure to go to other plc she thinks it could be. Reading gps guided us to whole other direction turned around . magnifying glass to directions saw one on Grizzly Bear he says not here but he'd give me a deal on 20 ft for 15 price but no transport. He directed us to a different pl and finally that was it..2 and a half hours later. Got truck Im a senior was unable to get up into cab. Not offered a step stool etc. Told not to come back for transport until after his lunch at 2. Got truck loaded by 215 back to uhaul 1 and a half hours to pick up transport..contract written to return next day at 10am.that isnt a 24 hr rental Truck was on one eigth of a tank of gas. Next day return at designated drop off. They dont take transports there. Didnt have our correct reserv. It took another 2 and a half hours to drop transport so we could unload the truck. Got truck emptied took it back. Both employees on computer . couldnt wait so left keys to truck and left. Conclusively rented a uhaul truck and transport oneway 24 hours and spent 7+ hours dealing with Uhauls incompetency! Ridiculous experience!Nita B.
