Leah WPrevious renter of this vehicle smoked. The vehicle was fifty and dirty and was not washed. It was only fueled with a full tank of gas. The female worker seemed to not able to do her job. When she was informed about the cigarette smell, she responded the car just came from California and now it is going back. I should at least get some money returned for the inconvenience.

Gary APerson was out when I got there. Didn't even look like a Uhaul facility. There was a few Uhaul trailers but I was in a storage facility with the office across the road.

Pamela MAgain, the drop-off location was changed from what we originally selected. This was very frustrating for us as we had ensure we would be within the milage and had to drive extra. Yes, it was just down the road, but it was different from what we had chosen. If U-Haul is going to change it, why do they allow you to choose where you want to drop it off in the first place? Both our pick-up and drop-off locations were changed. We did not appreciate that!

Russell HRyan was terrific. We tried to use the app to rent but there was almost no cell signal and the app also seemed to have a problem uploading the drivers license. Fortunately Ryan helped us out.

jordan tEverything was fine, but I was over charged for milage when got back. Below is a copy of what I sent to customer service... Hi, I just want to report a problem with my truck rental today. Everything went fine until I came back to your office at 9525 East Lorna Ave. where I rented the truck from and loaded it. I then drove to 210 East Highway 69 and offloaded my belongings to my new storage. I went to the gas station that is on the same lot and filled the tank with a gallon of gas, then I drove back to the Lorna location and dropped of the truck. Then when your manager added up the milage, he said it was 18 miles, when the location was only 4.5 miles away. So somehow the milage doubled! This is NOT POSSIBLE.I DIDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELESE. If you look at the length of the rental I wouldn't even have had time to fill a twenty foot truck and offload it and go somewhere else. I don't know where the mistake was made, but a mistake was made. Edith FI dropped off my truck at 9:30 he told me he couldn't check me in right now but will email me a reciept when he has time to check it in. Noticed that they charged me for gas when I left it full with a picture I took. Will be calling corporate

michelle kWhen I picked up the trailer it was covered in mud and had one bald tire that the threads were showing thru and the check engine light was on. Fortunamtly I had a day before moving and I was able to call road side assistance and the technician was excellent. The Prescott valley dealer was zero help and I presume he took one of the tires since the other three were brand new to fix a local trailer.
Dan GI did not go inside or work with anyone to return the vehicle and was not given a lot of instruction on how to return. I did run in to a person as I was leaving and they were very nice..

DEBRA BStraps for wheels were very worn and did not hold during travel. Also, the right rear lite went flat in new Mexico, but roadside assistance helped get a new one. Originating location allowed the trailer to be used with a nail in it. Found the nail when roadside assistance changed the tire. Recommend training agents to safety ck all equipment prior to issuing it to customers.
