Renate SI used my app to book this rental. I chose “counter service” and was told only pick up was available. I had to stand in the rain for 30 mins on the phone while I was assisted with check in. The keys weren’t in the correct lock box. I did not receive my furniture pads that I paid for. The front interior of the car was filthy. And the truck was on 1/4 tank when picked up.

Sonja JSeveral if not all employees were smoking and drinking in plain sight and while interacting with customers. The environment is extremely sketchy, and actually difficult to drive on or park at, much less hook up a trailer on, as it’s a pothole ridden gravel/dirt lot. While somewhat friendly, employees used many expletives and racial slurs. Employee had UHaul customer service on the phone trying to walk him through how to check me out. And proceeded to check me out on a smashed Samsung galaxy. The employees hooked up the trailer incorrectly, which I had to fix later. Would not recommend. Very sketch. Would honestly like I refund since I did all of it myself.
