I used my app to book this rental. I chose “counter service†and was told only pick up was available. I had to stand in the rain for 30 mins on the phone while I was assisted with check in. The keys weren't in the correct lock box. I did not receive my furniture pads that I paid for. The front interior of the car was filthy. And the truck was on 1/4 tank when picked up.
