Curly went above and beyond to help me on Christmas Day while picking up my U-haul, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better service. His customer service was top tier, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free, which I really appreciated, especially on a holiday. Because of Curly, this was one of the smoothest rental experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Prestige Fleet to anyone looking for excellent service!

I came to rent a U-Haul today, and just for context — I’m a strong, independent woman standing at 5 feet tall — and I can’t express enough how great the customer service was! From start to finish, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. Curly went above and beyond to make sure my reservation was in perfect order and treated me like family the entire time. I noticed a previous review mentioned the place being “scary,” but my experience was the complete opposite — I felt secure, respected, and genuinely appreciated as a customer. I’d absolutely come back again and highly recommend this location!

From the initial reservation to the final drop-off Prestige Fleet was great, so extremely helpful, and provided excellent service. Curly was very professional but also personable and he went above and beyond when my daughter left her phone in the van after dropping the van off. Once we realized the phone was likely in the cargo van, Curly and his wife returned to the office, so that she could search the van and locate it. I highly recommend this business to folks who want a good rate, clean equipment, and the best customer service!!!
