I was charged a holding fee and I was also charged for the actual total amount 4 days after renting the holding fee was still on my account when uhaul is supposed to lift the holding fee same day of return

I reserved a 10ft for a one way from Phx, AZ to Durango, CO. I was called the day before and was told my pick up spot was somewhere else only for COURTNEY the rep to change the location a 3rd time and did not send the new contract to the new location. The day of pick up my husband and I were shuffled to 3 different locations to finally get the truck 1hr after the "guaranteed time and location" as promised by COURTNEY. We used 472mi well below the allotted mileage as well as turned it in exactly 12hrs after pick up and drop off. We even filled it to full and the truck was rented out the next day from our drop off point. We turned in the truck literally the same day we got it and reserved it 2wks in advance. We were shuffled around and given wrong info. I called and spoke with "Lashonda" in customer service to dispute this contract as well as the mileage not being compensated as guaranteed by COURTNEY the rep. I have used UHaul for every move since I was 18. This last time was inconvenient and we were lied to as well as the customer service representative basically telling me to "get over it thats what it is" before hanging up on me. I called and spoke to 3 different reps who transferred me 7 times before I just gave up and decided to type this review. I will keep calling until we are compensated for the situation that should have never happened in the first place. We used 472 out of 536 allotted miles and was charged $540 with no mileage compensation. I have all the emails if needed. The "flat rate" charge does not justify what we used and also turning in the truck literally 11hrs and 59min after picking it up. I will keep calling until someone hears us. $540 for 12hrs and 472mi? I don't think so.

The experience was fine, but when all was said and done.. the amount you charge per mile is outrageous! I mean really you already get us for the rental then the insurance and the gas we refill it with. Why is the charge per mile really necessary? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! ☹️

I was given 11 xtra miles online because I dropped it off in Phoenix instead of Tempe and an additional 5 for the pick up location change but when I dropped it off they had No record of that so I had to pay for the extra mileage myself

Make sure Uhual system is working correctly. I had to wait two hours to get my truck. My initial reservation got changed, it was splitted and got charged twice. Also, the reservation location changed as well to one that it was 10 miles away from my place. I initially picked a location that was 1 mile. It took me 2+ hours in order to get my truck and another 2+ the next day to get the dolly, all because of system inefficiencies.

After naming a reservation at uhaul for pickup near my home Uhaul called and said I had to drive an extra 30 miles (15 each way) or I could not rent a trailer. Very snotty.

Our check out experience was wonderful!! Super nice staff and very helpful. The program kicked her out more than once and she wasnt able to upload my drivers license because the program didnt seem to want to accept it, but it eventually went thru. The check in experience after hours is a bit lengthy - if that was a bit easier, it would be great!

To get the tow dolly, I went to the closest office. Their computer said they had one but they did actually have it. They sent me to a second office. They said they had one and we filled out all the paperwork. When we went out to pick it up, they did not have it. They sent me to the third location (a contractor) and they fixed me right up.

Receiver questioned me on the 12 blankets and where the other 8 were, and I had to explain that I only initially was given four, and he acted like he didn't believe me; overall very poor experience for the money I paid; and I cleaned the truck and returned it 2 days early!

Again. I didn't select this location for drop off. I chose place closest to my house so I wouldn't go over the mileage. Sure as shit uhaul changed my reservation again to a place that put me over the allowed mileage. Yes they charged ME for something they changed.

We Had a flat tire on the trip.We were stuck in the desert 109 degrees. 3 hours later when the service company arrived, Service tech checked lug nuts with torque wrench all four wheels were loose. 3 hour delay in 109 degrees, makes one not happy!!!
