I was not told that I would be charged $20 for dropping it off after hours ( closed at 2 pm on a weekday? Very unusual). Not when I was picking up truck, not on the courtesy call from U-Haul, or online.

App wasn't woking os I had to go in and the attendant who was also conducting the other business on site was visibly bothered helping me. I would have rather the contactless in this situation.
