For few potato chips on the floor the Location In Phoenix charge me 40$. And he was not friendly

ROCIO C.I have used U-haul for many years now and almost every time I have paid for a regular/appliance dolly it is NEVER in the truck when I pick it up. A few times I've picked up and the location was closed and there was no way to get a dolly. I don't understand what the disconnect is. I order online and I do the self check in. This last rental I just knew because of the history the two appliance dolly's I ordered were not going to be in the truck. Sure enough I open the back no dolly's. Luckily I was running late and didn't pick up the truck right at 7am because a worker at this location arrived at 7:30am and was able to give me the dolly's when I asked. It's just frustrating because the self check-in is speedy and convenient but the add-ons are over looked.

JAMES T.This is a third party facility which obviously means that they charge more for their trucks than an actual Uhaul location. I booked online and selected the truck for $29.99, (like I've done several times before) and when I got there the truck I received was the one that normally costs $19.99 online. Smaller truck, smaller loads, more trips, more money. I was not happy.
