Jeff was very accommodating to get my truck ready early before they opened when I requested it last-minute. The two workers I used to load and unload were excellent as well.

ETHAN GThe gas gauge had issues. When you were trying to refill the tank, the indicator increased to 1/2 a tank of gas, and then got stuck there. I kept adding gas and checking, and it wouldn’t budge until it was well over 3/4 full. This caused me to Waste money on more gas than was needed for the contract.
Jodin MDidn’t have it wasn’t offered a dolly. The movers had to carry everything.

Under MOn -line check in is a bear. The rescan of the drivers license was horrible because it makes you think the photo was never good. Move the placement of that option with more explanation
Alice CI was quoted 59 cents per mile on a recorded line but still was charged 89 cents per mile. The customer service guy that helped us check out at the location was very rude unprofessional and was rushing us.

Sherry RI had an issue with delivering my Uhaul. This location is was not helpful or respectful in my time of crisis and need. The fact that the location does not have an extra set of keys to all uhauls they deal with is unacceptable, and unfair to those who chose to go to contractors rather than a direct Uhaul location. I have used Uhaul in the past and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and I will not be using uhaul again and never at this location! Nor will I go to this business owner!

EDWARD Jdisappointing that I could only complete the booking through the app - since I was returning it after hours that a $20 fee would be imposed for this as well I would rethink booking through UHAUL moving forward to save $

Angel Si asked them if they charged me for the drop off of the trailer or anything else they said no when i got home there was a charge for almost $29 when i called them they told me it was a cleaning fee and i told them for what i swept out the truck and left it better than i found it. the lady said she would have to ask her mgr if i picked it up like that and i told her i picked it up in tennessee. i have already given them a bad review on google … i will b calling my bank to dispute the charge. i have 3 witnesses that i swept out the truck there were no messes left by me and i will also be contacting the better business bureau!

Roland BSmall one man operation it seemed. The service provided was adequate and the truck did its job. Closing at 2pm on a weekday is a bit early I feel. Thank goodness the drop off process is simple.

MATHEW MI rented a 15’ truck from this U-Haul dealer on 9/12 and returned it on 9/14 after only driving it for a total of TWO miles. To my surprise, I was charged $17.25 for 3 gallons of gas. Keep in mind, only drove 2 miles. When I inquired about the charge, the dealer was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. So I get punished for their incompetence, and their lack of ability to do their job. That or it was a deliberate tactic to take advantage of the truck's vague gas gauge design to deceive the customer into thinking the gas gauge is where they “recorded” it. Not recorded as in an actual photo but instead writing it on paper. I strongly suggest finding another U-Haul dealer with better customer service. This dealer lacks accountability and willingness to help their customers.

Jeffrey QTook me over an hour in a half to rent the U-Hal, and the price quoted was no where near what I paid… I had to talk to 4 different people to get help getting the vehicle.

linda bDelivered back at 5:15 called before 5 but no answer, about 4:50. Got charged an extra 20 which I did not appreciate for after hours return. Got charged for a fill up on gas but picked up the truck less than full. Got charged a cleaning fee when it was as clean as when I picked up. There were a few recyclable items that I left in the cab on the passenger side. Truck drove fine and the service on the pickup end in Oakland was great.

Evan BWhen I got to Gilbert Arizona, I had to return the trailer to some hole in the wall place by downtown Phoenix when there was a u haul store within a mile from my location. There are 6", non movable metal cones in the parking lot that you had to be careful not to hit. After you pull into the parking lot, person there tells you to be careful not to hit them. Very inconvenient pick up and return.
