The truck was clean, but the A/C was broken. If I had rented this a month from now, it would have been unbearable. The location of the business was great for where I lived, but where the business parks the trucks is the absolutely worst place in the entire business plaza parking lot. They didn't have the truck backed in, so trying to back out with constant traffic coming in both directions really sucked. There is also a lot of trash and homelessness near the area where they park the trucks. I'm not sure if I would rent from here again.

Truck had bird droppings all over it; filthy. Officers not close to truck parking area, had to walk around a busy parking lot with moving vehicles trying to find the place. Ordered moving blankets and dolly, neither in the truck. Had to drive truck over to office to inquire, was told to grab a dolly, but no blankets. The guy said “never got them in last shipment” and to “ go somewhere else to get them”. Then was charged for blankets I never had. Also, u-haul movers bailed last minute. Spent the first hour of my chargeable truck rental time in the mine with U-haul trying to find other users. That lost hour was not refunded. Terrible customer experience. 1 star. Will not recommend, nor will I ever use U-haul again.
Donald HSonny was extremely helpful and accommodating. Could not have better. HOWEVER, the gas gauge on the truck was not working correctly at all - cost me a ton more money in gas than even reasonable. That was a terrible costly experience/situation. We drove the truck 38 miles (hardly any stoplights of stop-n-go) but it cost me $40 in gas. Something terribly wrong there.

Instead of the app customer service recomened to use internet Instead. This experience took me almost an hour to pick up my rental, which delayed my business. fix these issues.
