U-Haul had dog hair in it, was missing dolly I paid for and now the don’t want to refund it, even though U-Haul customer service noted that it was missing within minutes of me picking it up. Called several times and no answers. Won’t rent here again

shana LThe truck was clean, but the A/C was broken. If I had rented this a month from now, it would have been unbearable. The location of the business was great for where I lived, but where the business parks the trucks is the absolutely worst place in the entire business plaza parking lot. They didn't have the truck backed in, so trying to back out with constant traffic coming in both directions really sucked. There is also a lot of trash and homelessness near the area where they park the trucks. I'm not sure if I would rent from here again.
