ANTHONY CThey couldn’t find the key to the truck that was assigned. Then they charged us for insurance and we didn’t take it and then they charged us for gas when we filled it back to a quarter of tank the way we received it.

William CYour app experience is utter shit. I spent an hour and a half dealing with different representatives on the phone and then the owner of the pickup location who was the only one that actually made any progress. The steps followed by phone with u haul directly led no closer to actually picking up the trailer. If not for the staff at the pickup location I have no faith I would have ever gotten the trailer I reserved. I have no intention on ever renting through your app ever again.

cynthia lNo one at the facility knew anything about the drop-off process. Then a day after I dropped it off, I got dinged with ridiculous fee for apparently being 2 gallons under. I saw the fuel gauge as being in same place -- 1/4 tank -- as when I rented it. That matter should have been addressed at the time of the drop-off. And, it would have made a lot more sense, and been much better customer service, if the truck had been rented with a full tank. What's more, the drop-off location was a gas station! If I was 2 gallons short, the facility could have easily added 2 gallons and charged me for that, and not charged me the ridiculous fee. The overall experience was fine, except for this one matter. But it left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Robert BAfter jerking me around with four different pick up locations, U-Haul had the gall to stick me for ONE GALLON of gas to bring the tank to the 7/8ths full I received it at. Your business and customer service is a joke.
Raymond BThe app is useless. Reserved a truck. Submitted all necessary information. Went to pick up the truck and the app would not complete my pickup. Had to call customer service and resubmit all information. Needless to say the process took 40 minutes which put us behind all day.
