This place likes to get back at people who leave bad reviews, so not gonna get into it. Just don't go here to rent your U-Hauls, there's so many reasons I can give you, But you should just take my word for it. Stay away from this U-Haul by all means necessary.

The online registration was complicated. Had to input my information three times. Also called the telephone number several times because registration wasn't working properly. The agents were very helpful and pleasant.
Joanne GCoordinate logistics for my original location drop off. Will never use U-Haul again. Penske is in my future :) customer service agent was not helpful at all.
TAYLOR DThe representative that assisted us with the initial rental was wonderful. The only issues that we encountered were when using the U-Haul app. The app is very unresponsive, slow, made us repeat information multiple times. we had difficulty initially getting the rental through the app and then when we dropped it off, The app didn’t register for a while that it had been returned so we were getting follow up phone calls about dropping it off. You really need to improve this app because it’s not customer friendly.
Deanna Ri will never rent from u haul again, first the counter man wasn't there so a gas station attendant had to call someone to finish the process,the person on the phone spoke very bad broken english and was hard to understand, maybe you should have a person that can speck english when deal with the american public. then a vehicle was stuck in the snow, finally the amount charge was outrageous i rented a van for about 4 1/2 hours and was charges $178, but you advertisement written all over the van say $19.95 a day, so incumcultion i would like a refund of about half of my money
