The truck was full of ants. It made the ride unbearable. My truck on the tow dolly wasn't properly aligned and they didn't tell us nor did they tie the steering wheel down & the straps came off.

After calling the day prior to ensure we would have our truck, we arrived at Prime Tire the morning of our reservation to discover they had no record of our reservation (which had already been paid for) and insisted we make a new reservation. I don't like to criticize people at work, however this particular instance was unacceptable and the incompetence displayed was frustrating. It turns out our pick-up location had been switched and we had not been notified at all. I blame both U-Haul and Prime Time equally. Might as well get a trash Budget truck next time. U-Haul was able to resolve the issue when we called, and the customer service representative was incredibly kind and helpful.

I bring it back the truck same day and they took money off the card charge me for 23to 28 and that's not right.i had it on the 22 if may.It was dirty and I cleaned the truck! And I going to see what I do about it.That was not my card .I drove 15 mile only.

They left us the code to the wrong key box. We had to use a different truck. The truck was larger. I do not plan to be charged for a larger truck. There was no dolly in the vehicle. We need a refund on that. The right blinker bulb was out and the rolling rear closure would not stay open when unloading. When renting remotely there should be someone easily available to assist with problems. Very frustrating.

altogether it took an hour to rent and return the truck. I had two employees with me, paid by the hour. Therefore, I had to pay them for sitting as I waited first to be waited on an then for the clerk to make repeated phone call for instructions on how to fill out and process the for in which she evidently proceed incorrectly so when I returned the truck everything had to be corrected by another endless amount of phone calls. How something so seemingly simple can be so complicated is beyond me, especially when that incompetent s is costing me money.

I was charged for extra miles that I didn't use, and my bank card was charged twice. I've been unable to get anyone at that location to answer the phone to tell me why I was charged twice.

I will never use this company for my moving needs! I used the self service to rent the truck, once i was finished and completed the online turn in progress. It charged me for an extra day. I called customer service and told them about the double charge, they said they was going to investigate and call me Monday... of course no one called me! I ended up calling them and they still telling me the same thing! Finally they seen i was over charge and was supposed to refund my money, they “claimed” they had to mail the check and it would take 7-10 business days... that was 6/6 and it's 6/28 no check! I called and them and said they “Just” mailed the check on 6/18, but they lied and told me they was sending it out on 6/6. I will NEVER rent from them again! It's been a month and nothing has been resolved!

When i checked in the woman requested that we park the trailer in a particular location. The only problem is the site is rather small, with cars parked all over the property, making it difficult to manuever.

My original drop off location on Log Cabin Lane was closed and the phone number was not in service. I went to another location on Riverside Dr. and was told that I couldn't drop off there. After contacting U-Haul customer service, I was directed to Prime Tire where they took my drop-off without any questions. Overall this was a frustrating rental experience.

Had to wait, location did not have the furniture dolly or the hand truck that I had reserved and paid for in advance. The girl at the location told me that I needed to call U-Haul directly which I did . They told me there weren't any available in my area. This all happened on the day of my move. The U-Haul phone representative told me that they don't guarantee equipment - just the truck and that I should just go and buy a dolly. This really screwed up my plans and affected my move. The moving truck was provided .

I rented a truck from uhaul, had this truck for maybe 4 hours. Return truck the exact same day and now I'm being charged $550. For what? I am a very pissed off customer and would not recommend uhaul to anyone, EVER.

I chose a location that was closer to my house. Didn't think i was going to have drive 25 miles out of my way to pick up a truck. Considering how early it was reserved, you would think it could have been delivered to the location I chose. If I choose a location with Penske, I know I will be picking it up there. Bluetooth would be a big asset

Danielle was very helpful and even worked with me on the rental price. The auto transport had a nail in one of the tires, which prevented me from taking the transport on the day I reserved it. The transport was also missing the crank for the jack, and the owner of Prime Time had to rig up something for me to raise and lower the jack. They were very nice about everything, but the equipment was not in good shape. I know that's not their fault necessarily, but it's worth mentioning.

How bout inspecting the truck before renting it. I had a truck with no A/C and the truck broke down with in 30 min on the road. A trip that should have take me 1 hour to complete became a 12 hour ordeal. The road assistance company came and after 4 hours the truck was fix, at least that's what they told me, only to find 10 min later the truck broke again, 4 hours later I left the truck on the side of the road because the road assistance company never showed up.

I initially reserved a 26' inch U-Haul online with the contract and the utility dolly from the Metric Motors Location on Mercer University. Unfortunately, when I arrived for pick-up, the clerk told me that it was not reserved but informed me to go to the Vineville location to get what I needed because his location didn't have it. I was irritated because this was out of the mileage range that I had budget for, but I needed the U-Haul. I rented the U- Haul with the insurance included and was willing to pay for the rental of the dolly. I didn't have to pay for the dolly rental because the clerk, Danielle, told me that I could use it for free because it was still on the truck, along with some blankets that she didn't "feel like getting (the equipment) out of the truck from the last service ". Of course, I Was grateful for her laziness at the the time. Rickey, the owner of the tire place, was awesome. He drove the U-Haul as I was the passenger to settle my fear of the air-brakes the are on huge trucks like this one. Danielle, on the other hand, just handed me key and told me to be careful, without physically examining for damages, mileage, or fuel. As a result, I got a water- damaged bunk bed because of a hole in the roof of the truck that was not checked for or warned about before renting the truck. I was furious, of course. I returned the truck the following day, just to wait twenty minutes for the clerk, Danielle to arrive, to address the incident. Then, once she gets there after another employee called her to come back to work, shortly thereafter, a professional U-Haul representative, Maurice, arrived on the scene. Apparently, this Danielle had not been doing her job properly at all. Maurice proceeded to finish her job by sending me my rental/insurance contract by email, which she had not done, and made sure that I was given all the information that I needed to state my claim for damaged property. Danielle tried to appear as though she thought that she had sent the email but she never had given me a copy of any paperwork that I normally would get provided when I have rented a U- Haul before. I was disappointed with U- Haul for paying a clerk to do her job and she isn't and/or doesn't do her part. I will not be going back to this location, unless I absolutely have to. I will definitely not send anyone I know to this location. Sorry for the bad news.
