Very easy process and the staff is friendly

Govannio A(1) milledgeville was the pickup location I reserved in advance for a same day rental. I got there and no key… I called and the person was horrible. U-Haul rep said I had to go 45-50 min away to get another truck. That added gas and time to my very tight schedule. She honestly didn’t care. Barely gave me a discount. And she didn’t express any concern - basically an “is it what it is” and didn’t acknowledge that I had reserved this truck in advance and had a schedule for moving. Nope. Not an issue for her. (2) customer service when I called twice - horrible. Beyond horrible. Rude and lacking empathy (see above). (3) picked up the truck 45-50 min away and had to drive it BACK to town. Literally four hours of unused time for packing and moving. And……. The damn RV didn’t even have gas. It was on empty so I had to use more time to get it filled. I’ll never use U-Haul again. You lost a customer.
