The person who recived the vehicle charged me more for that gasoline than what was included with that vehicle.
Manuel RDon't lie and say that we can drop the UHaul truck off at any location. We called a UHaul location a block from where we unloaded and they said they wouldn't take it. We had to drive it another 20 minutes to another location to drop it off.
David BAli at rhe front desk was so nice and helpful. He had some computer issues but he persevered and got it done for me. He even helped me hook up the trailer and made sure all the lights were working properly.

Jonathon TI returned the truck a mistakenly took the key with me, even though I had the truck all the way until 2:30 in the afternoon. The owner was very rude and disrespectful talking to me like I was a child simply because I took the key with me though I still had a rental until 2:30 in the afternoon and at that time it was only 11:30 in the morning. It’s nice to know some people feel privileged to talk to you. Any kind of way. I won’t recommend this place again.

Joel MHe never checked the gas gauge and put on paper the tank was full when it was not! when I first rented it. The tank was not full. Then when I returned with gas gauge never moved. He said the tank was full. I said no it was not full! I then had to put more miles to find a gas station. I then put 30 dollars in the tank return it and then I explained the situation to another guy and he gave me back the 30 I put in for gas. Then I got charged an extra 30 dollars on my cc anyway. I will never rent there again bc of them charging me 30 dollars more for the extra miles I had to put on the truck to find a gas station. When I used truck and gas gauge never even moved because I had complete my move in one trip from point A to point B. It was beyond frustrating of a situation because he never checked the gas gauge and just put on the paperwork it was full when it was not full.

Rocio LAlthough they equipment was there they where missing an appliance dolly that I have requested over 2 weeks ago during my truck pick up schedule. Other than that everything was fantastic and fast.
Roberto VDrove during rain on the highway, water came up through the bottom drivers side in the storage compartment. Several boxes on the floor were ruined including the contents.

Probably the best U-Haul experience I ever had... if I ever need U-Haul services again I will pointedly seek out the dealer that I used. I wouldn't think of renting from anyone else.
Scott EI rested for 24hrs. I was down with truck within 4 hrs. And was charged for 24hrs. Your company could have pro rated my cost but didn't. Not happy with ur company
