My U-Haul rep was top-notch. Professional. The equipment was in outstanding condition and performed exceptionally. Probably the best U-Haul experience I ever had... if I ever need U-Haul services again I will pointedly seek out the dealer that I used. I wouldn't think of renting from anyone else.
Scott EI rested for 24hrs. I was down with truck within 4 hrs. And was charged for 24hrs. Your company could have pro rated my cost but didn't. Not happy with ur company

James RI got charge for 4 extra for no reason. Then when I called this location to get help they weren't helpful and their very dismissive. I honestly wouldn’t recommend that U-Haul after this. That location is not an official uhaul site
