Aminat LGarbage bags full of garbage left in the storage area. Cab was also dirty.
James MI paid for and did not get the blankets I ordered to cover expensive furniture we were moving. We asked the man handling the rental to credit the money and he refused. He was trying to accuse us of stealing the blankets we never received. He was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent. He also appeared to be ill (coughing with no mask). It was a frustrating experience. I would like to see the $10 blanket rental refunded asap.

Melodie dThe uhaul was dirty. There was old pizza and pop cans left from the last person which made the truck smell. The truck had low tire pressure light on when we got in the truck and the engine light was on. The truck would make a horrible sound when we would break. The truck needs maintenance.
Catharine FUnfortunately it was the worst. Experience. The location itself the clerk was very rude. The vehicle was rented a prior too probably to someone who transported fish. The van smelled like fish. They back of the van was very dirty and smell of the fish was worst at the back. We had to leave the windows down as the smell was so bad.I carried an air fashioners throughout the whole trip. Thanks I will never be returning .
Natasha PWhen I booked i was asked how many KMS i would be using I said 50 KMS, then when I return it they say its in miles and I went over. Then ask when booking how many MILES you are gonna use. This is not the way to do business. I am very disappointed that the guy I was dealing with didnt say the correct information. I will not be using u-haul next time it is needed. I will find business elsewhere.

MARKO SWorst experience ever, almost felt dead on the road, zero grip lowest quality tyres, got stuck in snow several times, and when I asked for help they asked me $450 dollars, like seriously, if u can’t help in bad weather atleast give a vehicle fit to be driven on the road! Seriously so stupid people you are!

SUKHANBIR JThis was a very negative experience and not good for U-Haul image and reputation: staff not friendly, truck dirty (dirty everwhere) with garbage from previous clients (dips sauce cups, empty bottles, papers) and multiple defects: sun visor brocken and hanging down, low front tire warning (that I was told to ignore), driver’s seat not going forward, back trunk door very difficult to open. Information also differed at cash from what I had been told at reservation from call center: insurance was to be $1.xx (less than $2) and they charged nearly $20. I will never use U-Haul from that location and you should send anonymous inspectors to audit this place for how they serve client and deal with your fleet.

RIGOBERTO GI booked my truck two weeks in advance for my move, but when I arrived at the store, I was informed that no truck was available. I had also reserved a dolly, which was also unavailable.

Athan TThe location is not well identified as there was only a small sign in the window of a convenience store. The mini mall does not have U Haul sing on its store locator post which makes it difficult to locate the actual rental office. The U Haul trucks parked in the lot are next to the Petro Canada station which suggests that's where the U Haul office is located.

NING P1. I got the UHaul 1 hour late because there was a issue with the parking brake. Worst experience ever. 2. The sun shade was broken, it kept falling on my head while driving. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. 3. I had to pay a fine to my building because of the delay in the service lift booking. On top of it, I called customer service and have been waiting for a call back from the area manager ever since. Will never get a UHaul now. Will rent from Home Depot. U-Haul is not worth it.

PETERC CThe cargo van smelled like a farm animal took a dump in it. There was initial walk through to identify the problem. I got charged for the rental even though I didn't end up using the van. I will fight this.
Chen HI ordered some tools that were not available and was still charged for it, and when it was brought up the issue was dismissed and still made me pay for the tools that were not given.

Hisham CDrop off location was changed to a more convenient location from the one that was originally booked. I was able to use the online app to successfully return the vehicle. The representative in the convenience store at the drop off location was utterly clueless.

william tWas overcharged milage. The starting milage on the bill was different than the starting reading in the truck, Pointed that out to the sale person but he still charged me for the milage that waws not mine.

Emilio SI originally ordered a truck Friday after hours and couldn't complete my online pick up. I was extremely frustrated. A service agent did rebook me for Sunday morning but unfortunately at a further location tha I originally wanted (2 locations on the same street). So not only did I not get the truck at my preferred time, but because of the longer distance, it cost me more for my rental overall. I'm not satisfied with this experience
PATRICK SI’m not pleased with my experience with U-Haul. Yes it got the job done but it should not have taken me a whole hour to get the actual vehicle. The app crashed twice and when trying to submit the picture of the license the customer service representative was not helpful at all. It all became very frustrating. Your system needs to be quicker and more efficient…people have places to be.
Joshua GThis was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with any rental in my life!!!! The van I rented was FILTHY and had brakes that didn't work properly!! I filed my complaint and was supposed to hear from a manager to discuss a discount ans never heard from anyone and now you guys automatically charged my card for the FULL amount without notifying me!!! I will be taking this matter all the way to top management and will be demanding a FULL refund!!!
amber dThe mobile app didn’t work properly. The equipment add ons were not in the truck, they were in the convenience store. It was very confusing and took 40 minutes to get the truck picked up.
