ARLENE OKeys were not in lock box and no one was at the location at time of pick up. He was over an hour late getting there and it was 2 hours before I left with uhaul. I had scheduled movers as I am disabled. This cost me extra money: also, he kept my credit card and then said he didn’t have it. Stated I followed you out and you had it. He then proceeded to send me text messages of a picture with my credit card and then another message of a box unlocked outside of his office: stated the first draw is where my credit card would be. I had began my trip moving to Texas. I had to circle back 30 minutes to retrieve my card. He said the truck was on full and it wasn’t. It was at 3/4 tank. I brought truck back with a full tank worried I’d be charged $5 per gallon if I didn’t. As he told me that’s what I would be charged. I took pictures of the gauges and mileage and submitted them through the uhaul app: the mileage of the truck was also off. Debree all over the floored. Overall terrible experience that cost me extra money and time.

Jim CTwice has much has advertised U-Haul made it right but this owner of this shop is absolutely just not very honest at all I would not recommend him. I don’t think he’s very good for this community at all and he just overall sucks.
Lois WThe owner was not there at 10am. I had to call him multiple times and when he answered he told me I did not have a reservation and he knew nothing about it. He told me he was busy and could meet me there in 1 1/2 hours. I was living in another town and had to go back a 2nd time then to get the trailer.

Patricia SAgain, I was displeased that I had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to return the truck, and ended up being over the mileage allowed - and there were several locations within 10 miles of my location. No one was at the location when I arrived, even though the office was unlocked and open. There was no lock-box to leave the key. When I finally reached someone by phone I was told to just leave the key with a person that finally walked from the back of the property who couldn't even speak English - very sketchy! Then the app was difficult to navigate and never completed the process. I had to call later in the day to make sure your records indicated that the truck was returned
Anita AThe drop off experience was horrible. We were told to simply leave the truck and put keys in the key box. The man said he would handle the rest. We then wake up to a charge for $270 for damage. There wasn’t ever an accident or damages to the unit while we had it. Will NEVER rent from uhaul again. And will be making it public knowledge on all our social platforms how sketchy our drop off experience was and how we were swindled out of $270.
