Carlos has a TERRIBLE attitude. This man cussed me out, yelled at me and was just all around horrible. All because we had an appointment at 12:00 pm to get the U-Haul from Pro Services 139 W Mill St Marietta, OK 73448. This man was 2 hours late and apparently this was my fault. He proceeded to call me a **cking **tch. He was screaming at me and then I was an asshole. I do have all of this recorded. PLEASE DO NOT USE this location unless you want to be screamed and cussed out for his negligence.

Small yard, felt kind of disorganized due to being a trucking company, tire shop and truck maintenance shop. Very limited space for the returns. Had six furniture pads on the reservation. The rental employee forgot them and I did as well. I never had them in my possession and got charged for them upon return. If possible, I would like this 48.00 returned to the card on file.
JUSTIN MLock box was broken and I could not leave the keys. I called owner and he was rude and said he would call me back and did not.
MARIO VThe guy at this location charged me $7 more for a 20 ft truck. Even though I was renting a 15 ft truck. I noticed that he was charging me for a 20 ft truck, and asked him directly… “Why are you charging me for a 20 ft truck, when I’m only renting a 15 ft truck?” To which he replied… “It’s only like, $7 more for the 20 ft truck…” So I responded… “Yeah, it’s only $7 more for the 20 ft truck…but I’m renting a 15 ft truck…so why are you charging me $7 more, for a 20 ft truck?” To which he replied again… “It’s only like $7 more for the 20 ft truck…” I was desperately in need to rent the truck, so I just paid extra for the smaller truck. This place/guy is a ripoff/scammer, and I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend, even if they were the last truck rental place on earth!
BRIAN KHave someone that understands English. Counter help was good. But yard help did not speak our understand English.had to fix my wiring on my truck no brake,turn, hazard on the left side. Just a broken wire on my plug in. Other than that I will use Uhal in the future thank you.
