CAROL JI am going to try to call corporate tomorrow. It was the worst situation all the way around. Reservation was wrong location Reservation also didn’t have the truck I reserved when I got there. Was terrible I still have to rent another truck to go back to get stuff from storage because the truck they out me in was too big

THOMAS OCheck engine light was on, but checked the fluids and everything seemed good! Trip was just around town so didn’t worry much. Overall, a pleasant experience.

DENNIS DEquipment and access were very good. Unfortunately, I was told information that was incorrect about billing. I came in on Saturday and let the nice lady who was working know that I needed to pick up the trailer on Sunday, but had my fathers funeral on Monday and would return the trailer on Tuesday. She told me Tuesday or "anytime" was fine, it was a flat rate. When I returned the trailer on Tuesday I was informed that it was a day late and I was charged an additional $50! Also, when I looked at my invoice from Jacksonville I see that the receipt shows $105 but the charge on my card was $165. I'm assuming that is the deposit...but that should be noted somewhere on my receipt.

JO KJust a lil disappointed that we paid over 400 plus gas for not even a full day. Was looking forward to doing business but that’s wayyyy over my budget . Service was good though
Ferlich AThe app kept crashing and freezing. Back of truck was locked by another padlock noone knew why it was there but customer service call while took a little time to get through she did go through truck records and figured out last renter did it and pulled his code and unlocked it. A few minor issues from that but the app was the biggest issue
Callie WPick up was a breeze. Drop off/check-in/return on the app gave me a headache. The app kept timing out when trying to find the location. I even closed and restarted the app, to no avail. But I still got the email saying the trailer was returned.
