Site had no equipment aside from the vehicle. We arrived expecting to be able to start our move with the dollys and pads that we ordered and reserved, but had to scramble to find the equipment from other places last minute because this site had nothing.

DOLLY MThe lady at the desk was a real “cow”. Our appointment was at 11am. We waited till 1205 noon. The hours were clear, 10am till 5pm. She left at a few till 11am. (She later told us). No one left a note. No one answered the phone. No one called us back to say they would be late opening. She could care less. Therefore I could care less to give this location my business. NO RESTROOMS‼️never again
