Everything from customer service to the condition of the trailer far exceeded my expectations. I have rented different sizes of products in the past and it seems there was always some problem that delayed pick up. We were prepared for that this time but everything was perfect and ready to go.

I do not know how it is anywhere else in the country but Laurel Mississippi staff and service was absolutely amazing...they were more than helpful...they cared...very hard to come by beautiful people that I met while in Laurel Mississippi

the cabin smelled like smoke the hole trip. Also windshield wipers needed replaced.

The truck I reserved was a 20ft truck, and when I got there the front tire was flat.
I had to get a 15’ which made me have to make two trips. Not my fault.
I shouldn’t have been charged for extra mileage or extra gas since it wasn’t my fault.
Terrible way to do business.
