1st the lot is crowded. We checked in and went to the office. The owner said that my vehicle is coming and checked my DL. After about 30mins, I checked again and he said it's there while pointing to a pick up truck. I said we're there for a van. It was then he realized his mistake. It was there since we got there. I said you saw my DL and that didn't click that we are here for the uhaul van? He said oh I don't pay attention to that. After 2 hours he was calling me to ask me to check if he left his phone inside truck. I cant check it that very minute, the front was full. But he then through his assistant started hurling bad words at me insinuating that I have no intentions of giving it back. They demanded I come to their office etc. Very rude people. First off an employee waved me to drop the key off in the box during business hours, the place was FILTHY and looked off. I am GLAD I took a video of the truck and drop off because I received an invoice for an extra amount of money for mileage which I did NOT use. They added 12 miles to my trip (what did they do with that 12miles? Commit a crime?) I had to call customer service to remove that charge. It was NOT a good nor friendly environment. The boss yelled at the employee who waved me off to the drop box in front of me. Horrible experience, leaving me to now monitor my credit card for any fraudulent activity that may possibly occur.Cynthia M.
Charged me for pads, furniture dolly, and utility dolly, which I did not rent. In fact, I tried to get a furniture dolly and they didn't have one available. I had to get one from Home Dept. This is the second time in a week I rented from Uhaul and charged for equipment I did not receive.Denise W.

First I was sent to this location and it was closed and had to wait for the owner to come . Second he was trying to charge me for two days and I only needed it for four hours. Then I go to get in the gas tank is on Empty and the light is on , when the paper said if was full . I had to wait for them to get gas . Then I asked what time they closed and he said 7 , I said ok I'll be back way before that . I get back at 4:15 and there closed again. I dropped the keeps in the box and 15 minutes later I'm charged $91.00 for a $20 u haul for four hours really ? I go back the next day Sunday because I didn't get a final bill and not sure why I was charged so much , but of course there closed , I went back Monday and there closed, so I'm just call the 1-800 later on today. Just stay away from this location if possible, the owner is up to no goodSharonda W.

The lady at the front was very helpful and attentive. The main issue here was that I asked to leave my car at the location, which I was told was okay to do, even though it had for sale signs on it. I ended up getting a call at 1AM that day asking me to move my car because it had for sale signs on it. When I returned the vehicle there was a couple waiting for a reservation and the place was closed, so they were just waiting there unable to pick up their reserved truck.Rabiah A.
He had people that were not employed at the office copy my California ID and Credit Card info. A total of 3 people copied my information separately. He also over charged me on my bill. He charged me to fill the tank to FULL, but I returned it the same level as when 8 picked up the truck, 1/2 tank.carolina L.

Nothing to improve. This UHaul location is the best office in Southern California that we have found. Excellent office, excellent owner! We will recommend this location to other people that we know.Michael B.
The problem is that friendly all the way up until it's time for you to get your deposit and the mileage that you didn't use I just spoke with to rude people from 793 East Holt Boulevard it's been 5 days I asked when will my money be on my card and told me to call the credit car people no you took my money you should know very rude disrespectful do not rent from themRachel K.

Uhaul partner's physical location was a little messy, furnitures on the older side (dirty seat cushion etc). But otherwise the partner was easy to work with.Danny P.
