I rented the uhaul with a dolly. When picking up the truck the man didn't put it on the truck well while returning the truck i mentioned to him that I didn't receive a dolly n I was charged for it he told me I had to take it as a lost but why should I pay money for equipment that I never used or received. I fell like it could've been handled way better than the way it was. I'm NEVER using the Indanolia pickup location again n I won't recommend it to anyone elseAskisha E.
My rating is for physical location. Person was excellent. Truck given to me had bad alignment and driver mirror aimed at ground. Ash tray (why is even there is beyond me) was broken and swings open.Felipe P.

The owner was not there. Even though, I checked in early and the owner still arrived after 830. I didn't get hooked up until 9am. My reservation was for 6 hours and he burnt 1 full hour with timing.Samantha R.

Although I had no problems with this pick-up location (Indianola, MS) my initial pick-up location (Cleveland, MS) and service was horrible. My initial reservation in Cleveland, MS was not available which caused me to drive 35 miles to Indianola for a U-haul which should have been reserved in Cleveland. Not only was the U-haul not reserved the owner of the consignment shop made me search around his warehouse for a Uhaul that was not there. Neither him or Uhaul offered me a discount or courtesy payment for my inconvenience.Raymond G.

Got there to pick up truck and battery was dead. Instead of trying to help the man went back inside and left us to figure it out. Truck was empty on gas. Was promised and adjustment on bill for gas and the bill went up instead of down. Will use someone else if I ever move again.john S.

First of all, I was disappointed that I had to drive to a location 30 miles from my home to pick up a truck when there are two U-Haul locations in the town where I live. I reserved a dolly and furniture pads and neither was placed on the truck. When I called back to notify them I was told by the person who handled the rental that he couldn't take them off in the system. The person who checked me in in Nashville said that he should have done it there and when she called to him to talk him through the process she said he didn't sound very interested in taking care of it.glen S.

The location and equipment were acceptable. However, the information from the website was not. I usually rent from a location about 10 miles from my home. However, on this particular occasion, the truck I needed was not available during the times I needed it according to the website. So, I secured a rental 30 miles away. This particular rental had not been cleaned out. There were bottles an paper in the floor of the truck. Furthermore, during the time I used the rental, I drove by the location that had the truck but showed it as busy about 8 times. Each time the truck was sitting in the parking lot. When I returned my truck at 9:00 P.M., the truck was still in the parking lot and had not moved all day. Very disappointed in the accuracy of the website.Michael D.

The call center is a nightmare! I had an issue with the call in reservation service. The customer service operator gave me a pick up at Clarksdale, MS as my closest available option (which I live in south MS and was going to have to pass my destination and get the truck . I was needing something closer to Cleveland, MS on south side and Clarksdale would have been 45 min pass Cleveland North out of my way which would have set me an hr and about 30 mins added to my trip! when I explained to her that was far out of my way and I really needed something south of Cleveland she SHAMED me for making an apt so close to needing it and told me that was all they had close so I had to take it. I agreed to take it . Then Sat morning I just happen to answer a call from Indianola stating that HE had my UHaul and he was waiting for me and the only reason he called was because his shop was hard to find... Thank GOD he called and let me know my location was changed because I would have went VERY FAR out of my way to Clarksdale and my truck was sitting in Indianola all along. The call center REALLY dropped the ball on this one . To make matters worse when I get there my appt had been canceled for no reason and he had to call the call center and try and fix it!! It all worked out but only because the Rep from Indianola went the extra milesherry R.

Hire someone with some sense and not old. This experience was by far the worst thing ever you can imagine from a business like Uhaul. The service was terrible and not only the service was terrible they gave my reservations to another client making me burn a work day for no reason at all.Touman R.

I have used this location before. The agent is very friendly and helpful. This drop off was at night after they are closed. It is in a very convenient location, but it is poorly lit and very run down.Mark C.

The manager here was very helpful. He came and opened up so we could get our rental, but the rental was not what we had a confirmation for and the location was not where we were told on our confirmation. While this local was good our overall experience with uhaul was the worse I have every had and I have used uhaul many times before. I will not be recommending your company to others. Not receiving the truck that I had a confirmation for caused damage to the company and loss of my time and money.ellen H.

I had a u-haul reserved to be picked up at 9 a.m in Greenville, MS. Upon arriving at the location, the person there informed me that "the system was down". After driving around to several other u haul spots, I decided to call their 800 number. Those at the 800 number informed me that the transaction can be done on the phone. After hearing that, I went back to the first location and the person who lied and said the system was down was nowhere to be found. So about 2 hours in to waiting for a truck that was literally right beside me to be picked up, I got a hold of a scheduling manager who let me know that the gentleman who said the system was down was in fact the father of the usual person there...He chose the route of keeping the phone off the hook instead of getting someone there that could help me. After that, I got in touch with the daughter of said person. Not only was she incredibly rude, but her response when I asked roughly how long would it be until she got there was, "about an hour". I was eventually put in touch with a man named Roosevelt who handled it all quickly and got me a truck in Indianola. Roosevelt was very professional and apologetic for the experience I just went through.PADEN H.
To not charge a fee if movers need to use the blanket or dolly. Also be more linear about gas because it makes it more expensive to use the truck& pay mileage fee. But overall I loved it!CORTNEY G.

I have been finding it increasingly difficult to find the vehicles I need to rent at a nearby location. This location was great but a 60 mile round trip out of the way. In Greenville there are good locations out of equipment and other locations have the equipment but do not open when they say they will so you can not rent the equipment they have.DAVID H.

Add up to date equipment and better servicing of equipment. I literally had to repair the lights on the trailer I rented using parts from the agent. I spent about an hour trying to get the trailer. Also no one was there when I arrived at the location at 12:00 pm.Eric B.
Owner is hard headed and very slow operating the computer. When I told him we needed to go ahead and hook up the trailer before the immanent rain he insisted on filling out paperwork first even though I had made the reservation and filled out all the necessary information online. As a result we got soaked hooking up the trailer. He retreated to his office and I had to hook the trailer up in the rain.James S.
