U-Haul should find better location to have their trucks. Location was not cleaned and would never rent from again. Even though I use the Mobile 24/7 option, I still spend 30 minutes inside the store and printer not working so rented truck without paperwork.RUBEN D.

I originally booked at a convenient location, to later get a call that my truck would be somewhere else. The location added 24 miles to my total trip. I think a location change should take into account mileage difference since it appeared to be 99 cents a mile.Bryan S.
The only problem that we had was the customer service. The guy there was kind of rude. I asked him some questions because it was my first time renting from this place, and he was not patient at all.JEAN S.
The owner is extremely rude and unfriendly. I reserved the truck for 5pm and when I went to pick it up at 5pm he just left to go to lunch. I had to wait 45 mins until he came back from lunch to get the truck! He did not apologize for being late or the inconvenience it did to me, all while being short with me and not explaining the truck rental process.TANEISHA J.

Your customer service operator needs better public relation skills. I was trying to explain my rental problem to them, and they were rude and unprofessional. The first person I spoke to hung up on me. The second person was hostile and unwilling to assist me. She too hung up on me. Finally the last one I spoke to by the name of; "Cynthia" was polite, kind and professional. Thank-you for her service.TRUONG T.
The guy who runs that location is very rude, has zero customer service skills, I've never dealt with anyone in UHAUL as rude as this guy. Had the truck for 10 hrs and was charged for 2 days even though I extended the reservation for 24 hrs.Michael P.

Not a good experience. Brought the truck back on time at 4pm and the shop was closed. Got charged a full day for a truck I only used for a few hours. Have all screenshots of the time trying to close through the app but it wouldn't work. Won't be using this spot again. Gentlemen working the counter was nice but not helpful.Roger M.

Why tell me to reserve locations online (sunrise and miramar) and send me to a different location to pick up the truck (davie) and then have that (davie salesman) tell me to bring the truck back to his location because its cheaper????Chris F.

The address is right on Stirling Road, however the directions on the UHaul Website state between Orange Drive and 47th Ave. It is over 10 minutes away from there! Once i got to the correct location, the Manager was kind and helpful and the Van was immaculate! I registered on-line and it took minutes to walk out with the van! Would definitely come back to this location - JUST CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE!marvin K.

Better customer services, I rented a truck and trailer, they did not provide the receiver for the trailer and ask me to get one if I want otherwise there was no way. I have my one truck but still the forced me to rent theirs with and then they said there is no receiver to connect the trailer to The truck(really). Bad actitud, not willing to help. I booked online a small truck and a dozen moving blankets, when I went to pick up the truck the manager only gave me 10 moving blanket because he didn't have enough but that would give me a credit for what was missing. I have received the final invoice and I do not see the credit.Cesar R.

This is a small store that makes business cards etc. Limited inventory .I had reserved and paid online to pick up at 2800 Broward Blvd but was sent 6 miles away to this location. The Broward Blvd location is a dedicated Uhaul location and it is hard to believe they didn't have a 5 x 8 trailer, which I was given instead of a 4 x 8 which was not available at this site. The drop off location also changed from where my order details said, to miles away in another city. I was also charged $5.35 for a "safe trip fee" which I did not select nor could the man at the location tell me what is was for!JAMES W.

I returned this truck with the same amount of gas I took it with and they still charged me $30 to refuel this guy is a thief at this location and I will never use it again or send anybody that way. I even made sure I put the gas across the street so I can just return the truck on time and he still charged me for it. Definitely not a place to recommend and when I called he told me take it up with Uhaul. Horrible service!Luis S.

He is hidden in the back secondary strip mall area it would be good if they would let him put a UHaul sign on the outer part of the strip mall, but he answered the phone quickly and gave me accurate directions so Great Job.Betsy U.

First I was given a truck with no A/C and with mechanical issues. I exchanged for another one and within a few miles the box / cargo container started to give a cracking noise at every turn i made and the A/c stopped working just like the first one. I am a business man and do not have time to deal with this nonsense. I kept the last truck only because I was working within a 20 mile radius, otherwise I would cancel the reservation. I would never use that location again nor recommend it to anyone.Joel J.

ease help me break down this bill I'm confused. Also I was told over the phone by a U-Haul agent I would be getting a 50$ credit because I signed up for mobile pick up Saturday at 7:30am and the location never set it up for me to pick it up at 7:30am and I had to wait till 9:20am to pick up my truck and lost out on time and that's why I had to rent the truck for two days because I had a timeline to load per the association so I feel like I should get more than 50$ discount.
