Not change pick up location one hour before pickup. And if you change the location atleast make sure the person selling the U-Haul is there at the pick up time.

Strange location. Way off the road very little signage. Did not have a fuel charge option. I appreciate Uhaul and use them constnatly, definitely not my favorite location.

Only used 48 mile and they charged me for 60. This place is hard to find. Would not use again.

In many years that I have rent or used u-haul, this is the worst location ever. The office is dirty and nasty, besides that, there was never a greeting when I arrived, the only I heard during the entire time from the owner was: "sign here and return the truck with the same gas". Also you can tell these people live in that warehouse. Come on! What kind of business is that?

The location service was pleasantly... However it was hell being blind transferred by a few reps after being discounted five time prior to calling a few times the previous day waiting 15 + minutes to be helped with my schedule pickup location being incorrect.

I had to make 5 reservations on a weekend that there was no way i would be able to rent a truck. All the reservations didn't work out because of truck unavailability except for this location.

The truck was full of dirt, nails, and glass. I had to sweep before I could start moving into it. I told the person moving that I would have to drop it off late at night, but he had placed the drop-off time as 5:30PM, even though the location closed at 7PM. I was charged extra for this for being late on drop-off. I realize this was on me for not reviewing the paperwork, but it. He did not perform a walkthrough of the truck with me, just handed me the paperwork and asked me to sign. The inside of the truck wasn't cleaned. There were bottles and fast-food cups still in the cabin. The truck was nearly full on gas, and tires looked recently replaced, which was nice.

La marca U Haul es altamente recomendada pero el sr de ese lugar nos mintió en 3 formas diferentes: - Nos queria cobrar 2 dias porque devolvimos el camion el mismo día a media noche. Es decir 11 horas para el era igual que 2 días de contrato ???? - Nos pregunto cual es el seguro que queríamos, respondimos que era el básico y el respondió: el de $14? le dijimos que SI y nos apareció en la factura el seguro de $28 - Le preguntamos si podíamos dejar el carro en la noche o en la madrugada, nos dijo que si, y después dijo que eso tenia un recargo. Que bueno que la gerencia de U Haul se encargo de esto y nos devolvió el dinero. Gracias

The area where the trucks are kept was almost impossible to pull out a 26' truck and was impossible to pull the truck back in when we returned the truck. I will never pick up a truck from this location again.

let me start by saying I booked my reservation for 24hrs, well when i got there the gentlemen that was there told me that i had to bring back the van by noon or else we would have a problem. The whole reason for me rent this van was because for 24 hrs was for me to have enough time to get my move done but this was not case. This location and customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!! Will never rent from this location again!!!!

I was so busy that I accepted the Vanas it was; very dirty inside. I had to vacum and aply Lysol. - He mark the gas tank full and the tank was barely more than 7/8. When I returned it after the man check that everything was right.... I had to wait he go park and walk back to the office before give me the invoice

Bad service. Owner call me upset and hang up on me because I have to extend my contract do to fail closing for my house. He never ask me cordially, anything or wonder about the situation. He was worry about the truck and how long my rental is gonna be. I'll pay 306 for 4 days and he don't even feel happy about my bussInes . People like this make customers go to other companies even if is more money. Next week in need a truck again. But never and ever from this location.
