Not one of the easiest to get to. But. Owner Kamar is a very nice man and very fair and honest. I have used this location many times and it is my favorite if I have a situation where I need to move something g and I don’t want a headache. 5-stars *****

Absolutely horrible. They refused to accept the trailer even though there were spots. After arguing with the gentleman he acquiesced and told me to park it. Except the only spot was blocked by one of his trucks that he refused to move. He then charged me $50 to clean the trailer which was immaculate. I called corporate but they did nothing.

Extremely difficult to find. Lack of outside signage. Unfriendly customer service. Unethically charged me for extra day usage when truck was returned well within 24hr limit. Had to call UHaul 800 number to get resolved.
Will never use UHaul again! Will go with Penske next time I need rental truck.

I found out later the trailer door lift spring/cable was broken making the door not stay up on its own. I passed this on to the folks at the drop off location so they could make repairs.

I was charged for 4 gallons of fuel for nearly 18 dollars. I looked at the contract before I put more fuel in it and I put in extra. the receipt for the charges show the fuel needle in the same place before I put gas in it. I only went 73 miles and I put 12 gallons of gas in it. I know how to use a fuel gauge. I want a refund for fuel or I will be leaving a 1 star google rating.

Dirty had to go back for dolly…. Extra miles charged due to their mistake
Received truck at a quarter tank refilled it above that….. now charge 3 gallons at 14.95…… wow not good Uhaul do better please

Firstly, the cab of the truck must be clean and the box too, secondly, the plastic seal of the hand truck was broken, plus the after-hours return service system (taking pictures in a dark alley).

First, the guy in the store seemed lost and how to operate the the U-Haul app
The truck was dirty inside, and there was chalk on the windshield that you could hardly see out of even with the wipers on
The driver side seatbelt buckle was broken and every time you put the seatbelt in, I had to be extra careful not to cut my hand on the sharp metal that was underneath the missing buckle cover
Between 55 and 60 the tires were so bad they would shake your teeth out of your face, but luckily if I went faster, it got better. Sound safe?
I asked for two hand trucks when I ordered it online they said there was no problem. They charge me for two, but I got to the store. They only had one.
Overall, between the poor lost guy at the counter,
And the overall conditioning and operation of the vehicle, I would give the whole experience a five
