Michael CRequire trucks to be returned with full gas tanks. It's a pain trying to calculate how much to add in the final fill and with gas at $4 a gallon, a significant cost.

SEAN FDay's before I picked up my rental I called and changed my contract to a one way { Punta Gorda to Bradenton }. I dropped off my rental in Bradenton, and was charged for not returning it to Punta Gorda. I completed my contract and was penalized for doing what I had asked for. The store that I returned it to would not listen to me and charged me anyway. VERY DISAPPOINTED Tim Cambron

JAMES LWas told I would get an electronic drop off recipe within 10 minutes. I never received any drop off communication and it is now more than 8 hours after I dropped it off. In the future I will insist on a paper drop off document at time of return. Not good service. Pls look at my pickup issues and let me know if I should be a satisfied customer. TINA OThe manager at first was unwilling to take the trailer. There was some confusion over the name on the contract once that was cleared up he begrudgingly accepted the return.
JAMES GThe only complaint would be the truck needing gas. It had less than a half a tank and I did not like starting my trip out by having to get gas in the truck.

RICKE KThe air pressure in some of the tires was kinda low. My recommendation would be; to make sure all tires are at the right tire pressure before the customer gets the equipment.

NAHUN MI don’t understand why my drop off location was changed from what was in my contract. I don’t recall a notification about that and I went to the contracted location and they said I needed to go to a different place. That is unsatisfactory.
Rex BHELLO U-HAUL, LICENSE TAG HAD FOUR SIXES; I REQUESTED TAG CHANGE (NONE DONE), I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED DIFFERENT VEHICLE. VAN AT U-HAUL BEFORE I LEFT AND RETURNED. INITIALLY, I REQUESTED VAN, TOLD IT WAS RENTED OUT. PICK-UP TRUCK RAN ROUGH; OIL GAUGE LOW ON OIL. NEW VEHICLE I WASN'T FAMILIAR WITH LOT OF GADGETS; ATTENDANT SAID HE DIDN'T EITHER. ROBERTO ACheck tires more closely. One of the trailer tires had a broken belt and vibration was bad.
GARY RThe guy was rude, short and unwilling to assist me. Told me that it wasn’t his job to help me. That I was given poor information. And magically, I received a $50 cleaning fee because I returned the truck with moving blankets in the back of the truck unfolded. Ridiculous!
