After reviewing my statement I was charged double and never refunded. I will never utilize this location again if I decide to use uhaul in the future.

Clyde BBe More upfront with the prices and not let customers be surprised at the billing. I consider this to be too much. ESP for weekend rates. It was not clear of the amount to be paid. I would have never bothered with Uhaul. I’m so disappointed.

Betty DI would like to say we would not recommend the original location on Oglethorpe Blvd. They called us as we were coming to pick up the truck and told us they haven’t located it yet. After not being able to get them by phone we called the 800 number and the lady found us one in another location but this was 3 hours later and we had hired movers that we had to pay to sit there.

stephanie w4 miles after I drove off with the trailer on the highway the trailer came off the ball because it wasn't tightened!! The trailer jammed itself under the back of my BMW SUV. My SUV has damage but nobody cares. I called Gibson and told them what happened and it took over an hour to come out to help me because they said they were busy. U Haul corporate screw up and the first 2 places they said there were the trailer but there was none. I wasted my time playing hide and seek over a trailer to get sent to Gibson the 3rd place. Now who fixes my car of do I need to see an attorney?
don CNo one checked the rental with me or verified the amount of gas in the truck. I won’t go back to uhaul unless it’s an actual uhaul location, I won’t deal with another neighborhood retailer
Hillary BI was given the wrong information by the attendant. He did not submit a contract and told me to take the trailer when I asked if there was any paperwork I needed to fill out or sign he said no.
Thomas MI had a change of heart and called back to buy the insurance. They did not know how to do it after the fact. I called corporate and was told I could go anywhere and it could be added. I tried a different location who called corporate and was told I had to go back to where I got the trailer. This is something to clear up, although it appears it doesn't happen much. I ended up not getting insurance.
Steve Can office on site would be appropriate for trust factor, and professional rep. with u haul attire would of been more inviting. In the end though; very polite and friendly folks. Great service overall Thanks.
Joaquin FI'll recommend Richard Jones. Pure Gibson Auto Sales to everyone needing U-Haul Rentals. They were friendly and very helpful. I had a reservation for Friday at another location. I was helping some people move. So when the power was on in the location we were able to move a day early. So I was riding around looking for a truck rental and stop by the location across the street. The direct me to the location on the other side. Went in a Mr.Richard was about to leave for a doctors appointment. But he took the time out and rented the truck immediately. What a relief!!! Definetly will be back for future U-haul Rentals. Tony W

LINDA WI was a new customer with Uhaul (and renting moving vehicles) and this location was very unhelpful in making sure I knew everything that I needed. I did not know all of the questions that needed to be asked.

Scott PThe person that can check in Uhaul equipment wasn't on site and the person there didn't really know what to do. He said to leave the truck there and that the other guy would call when he returned. I never got a call. I called Uhaul 3 hours later to make sure the truck was in the system as being returned, and it had. I HATE dealing with renting a truck or trailer at a gas station, storage place, insurance agent, used car lot, etc! I only want to deal with actual Uhaul run locations from now on. This was the third time in 2 months (the other was helping an employee move) that I've had to deal with incompetent part time Uhaul agents.

John LWhen someone rents a uhaul you should say, "We'll make a reservation; however, you PROBABLY won't get what you asked for and even if you do you may have to drive somewhere else to get it." Just be honest. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Johnny bNo one helped me connect trailer, verify all lights worked and trailer was not clean on the inside. Staff was friendly but location was not easy to get in and out and business was more geared to selling cars than renting Uhaul equipment.
William BThe employee was out sick. Some other person filled in. I could not get a receipt as they could not work computer. I received another hand written note with no dollar amounts and no contract numbers.
Danny SThe owner's a nice guy. Friendly and courteous. He's got some friendly employees as well. The trailer that I rented wasn't the exact one that I thought I was getting but it worked for me. It did have some trash in it that should have been cleaned out from the previous renter. Again, not a big deal, just a deal.
David KNot a thing. These guys were GREAT! They even hooked the trailer up for me and helped me check the lights. Very friendly staff. A great way to start a cross-country move!
JOHN TGate was closed, but not locked, it wasn't obvious that I could just drop off the trailer and I called customer service to confirm that is what I was supposed to do.

john wThe truck was dirty. I had ordered blankets, but the location had not even looked at my order until I appeared in the office the day of my move. I had to wait until he found some and then go pick them up myself. Due to this I was late and had to pay the men for that time even though they weren't working loading the truck. The location where I picked up the blankets, had them store in an old beat up car. They pulled them out of the car, folded them and placed them in a plastic bag.. Need I say more? I guess my expectations were set based on the location in Warner Robins.
