First y'all need to fix the truck so that the emergency light and break don't keep coming on the truck needed oil in it and it needs to be serviced

The entire atmosphere was very unprofessional and extremely awkward. Instructions weren't fully given, even had a bad experience trying to return the equipment. After reviewing my statement I was charged double and never refunded. I will never utilize this location again if I decide to use uhaul in the future.
