Charged me for a dolly twice. I was also charged $110 when the original price was 68 after I returned it. I transferred apartments in the same complex so I didn't even drive a mile to get from point A to point B. Only real driving I did was going to a from the U-Haul building so there's no way I should've been charged that much.Carshanae C.

The rental process and the truck worked out good for my purpose. Tho i was disappointed i was sent out in a truck with the windshield cracked in two places, which made me a little nervous. Otherwise, the truck and other equipment were clean and in good working order.DEBRA G.

The engine light ran yellow and sometimes flashed. I was instructed to continue and that they had a spare truck to come and exchange it if needed We made the trip. The staff was responsive and very professional.ALMA G.

Staff was very helpful and it was admittedly a very busy rental time... desk person in charge was professional and cheerful. Person checking us out though, while professional, did not go over the truck with us, and it had a lot of unmarked (no 'x' stickers) damage that the drop-off location noticed and questioned us about. If we hadn't have taken extensive pictures of the truck before we left the pickup location, we might have incurred fees. Would recommend being careful to protect yourself when picking up by taking pictures.SONYA P.

The address that was on my app and on my emailed receipts for drop off was not this address. We had to have the owner of ethington help us find another drop off when he told us they no longer used his place of business for uhaul drop offs. This was frustrating and complicated. Charged for over milage and the truck was only driven from pickup to destination to unload and then to drop off. I don't understand the extra charge. And they where not helpful to correct.Joseph R.

Management at this location is top notch. Only issue I had was with the door of a 5x9 trailer, the cable kept wrapping itself around the spring, making it impossible to close the door. Had to use a screwdriver to remove the cable from the spring.JERRY P.

Rental agreement was changed during check out. Went from having 111 miles allotted, down to 77. And when all was said and done with the move, used 111.3 miles. Now being charged for the extra milage that I was originally allotted, so uhaul has lost my business due to shady practices.Dillon N.

Good Morning, I just wanted to talk to you about my experience with the mobile uhal pick up. I first want to say Brittany was extremely pleasant to work with, she was able to price adjust our pick up to a better price and was amazing. Now your mobile pick up was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in my life. We sat with my 1 year old son in the car for an hour because we were on hold with customer service to not answer us for 45 minutes and finally after 45 minutes I got someone to respond to me via CHAT not phone. After I spoke to three different people on the phone. All because they couldn't verify my identity which I did the day before by the way. This was awful and I can not stress enough how bad this was, I didn't want to do mobile pick up but you had no 20' trucks at an open location... and I will NEVER do it again.Callianna D.
