I selected the option check in at the store, but the guy wasn’t there. So when I submitted all the information online, they have to call your emergency contact to confirm they’re real or something. I’m waiting as the app just says “pending” for like 5 minutes. They cancel it because they said my emergency contact didn’t answer (I didn’t realize they’d call them) so now I have to call my emergency contact and ask them to please answer. Uhaul recalls and confirms it, next thing that pops up is that there’s an error. So I’m sitting there waiting for it to load or fix itself, nothing happens. I then call Uhaul and they look into it, turns out my truck wasn’t even there. Fortunately the lady was kind and gave me a different truck. Then I can’t find the truck. By the time I find it and get in, I start it and see that it’s got half a tank. So 40 minutes later, I finally got to start driving to do the move. If I didn’t call, I doubt anyone was reaching out to me to fix this. Not a fun experience, do not go here.

STEPHANIE SI rented trucks twice in as many months. Both times was exceptional not just the trucks but the service i received each time. Although I couldn't complete my order 9nline because I needed a dollie Angel and his co worker reached out to me by email, text and phone calls to make the rental strees free. Making a move is a stress coordinating trucks, time and distance is a hopefully rare exercise. These guys make sure if you need to make changes for any reason you will be accommodated. When Ai is giving canned responses to to every problem have people who care about service is priceless.
