The van was returned 40 minutes after we were scheduled to pick it up. We were told to still have it returned by 11pm, the time we had set to drop it off, even though it was returned late. I had booked a dolly but we were told on the location that they did not have one available even though it was an option online. This was particularly frustrating because I relied on this service recognizing my move required lots of transporting by foot large items. Because of the delay, our schedule was severely thrown off and we were rushed towards the end. We called the location to ask if there was any way to amend the time to 7am the next day since the location closes at 11pm. They told us we had to call uhaul to change the time, that they could not update it themselves. When I asked for a uhaul number they told me to google it. We managed to get the van in on time to uhaul at 11pm but were charged for having gas below a certain level. The mileage will show we barely drove 15km with the actual van. And again, we were robbed 40 minutes that we needed to be able to return the car with gas on time. We would have either been charged a late fee or a gas fee. but I would not have chosen this location had I known a) vans are returned late and there are no penalties or supports for this for the next user and b) that the equipment we would need would not be available. I was unfairly charged for gas, unfairly given a van later than I should have, given no support when I tried to troubleshoot, and did not have all the items I asked for. The customer service was poor, the facilities poor, and the overall experience poor. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Kassandra NVehicle was parked in a back alley. I returned it to the same location and then was told to move it as that was not the correct place. I was then double charged for 2 day rental when it was only for 4 hours.

WEI DOnline reviews a pretty tough but it is a really convenient location. Check in/out process was really easy. The issue is on the parking because you have to reverse directly which could be hard at first.

Natasha JI ordered a dolly never got the dolly once I realized I called the store to ask. He told me he didn’t charge me. Which he did when I went to drop the truck of the other man took it off. Also he never gave me the print out paper stating the trucks gas levels and details about the truck last but not least he said he gave us the tank at 1/2 and it was empty. The worst u-haul location I’ve been to yet
Mary MWay more expensive then advertised and it took over 30 minutes to get the rental due to mix ups with keys and the website.
