There are no signs for U-Haul parking at this location. I originally parked the van right beside another U-Haul. That other van was in a parking spot labeled 2-4-1 pizza. An idling car was in the original spot I picked it up from so I didn't park there. I was told I had to ask the other car to leave and take that spot. When I returned they told me it was in the wrong spot, again. They wanted me to park on about 4 meters infront of the original spot. That spot had cardboard signs reading "do not block". When I advised them of the signs of they said "those are our garages", and made me park it a third time. This is actually the second time I have rented from this location and had an issue with where to park. Stop wasting both of our time and put some parking signs in the spots you want us in. I will not be using this location again.

Stock up on all items because I ordered a dolly and protective cloths but the location didn’t have any.
Maya AEverything was fantastic. The lady who handled the booking was fast and friendly. The radio in the car didn't work. Didn't bother me for this short haul, but it would have for a longer one. It would also be helpful to share the average fuel economy somehow for each vehicle so we can calculate how much fuel to add at the end.
Dragan RI ordered furniture dollies and moving blankets which is kind of key to move…. When I arrived she said they didn't have any of this. Just 1 dolly for boxes….. dont allow people to book these items if they are not available.
Niki MService was really good and friendly. Vehicle was dirty and the right blinker was broken when we got it, but my biggest issue was the online checking in portion which didnt allow for taking photos if they didn't fit the guide even though the car was parked too tight to check
