Service was really good and friendly. Vehicle was dirty and the right blinker was broken when we got it, but my biggest issue was the online checking in portion which didnt allow for taking photos if they didn't fit the guide even though the car was parked too tight to check

KIEU NHad a bad experience. I had booked the vehicle from 1 PM to 9 PM but I got the vehicle only at 1.45 PM. I retuned it at 9.45 PM. And the guy at the counter said there is roughly $40 extra charge for the delay and blamed it on UHaul. I asked him to call U-Haul support and mention and he said U-Haul won’t pick call at that time. I called U-Haul on the spot, the support staff guided me to do it on the app, and app showed only $66 approx. the counter guy had shown me $110. I spent 1 hr extra get this sorted. Very bad experience. Also, the vehicle was dirty and damaged. There is a big dent on the right side of the vehicle.
Aswin SSo there was a misunderstanding with how much time I was going to have the truck, and they overcharged me because of an extra fee for not understanding, and when we were delivering the truck, they would not let my Friend out of the store until the check was covered, very uncomfortable, almost hostile position said my friend
