After a concern with pickup date and location, and then an issue with the trailer the management was very understanding, corrected the issue quickly and efficiently, and documented it in my file. Due to delay, she also extended the return by a day in case it was needed. They even called me later in the day after I left because I had dropped my glasses in the parking lot. They were very helpful and I would recommend to others, even though the location was completely out of my way.

MANUEL CThere are two U-Haul dealers in Benson & I'm glad we chose Quail Haven. The equipment we reserved was waiting for us at the time & place we requested. The manager was professional & made check-in and check-out a breeze, and when we requested an extra day, he willingly obliged. A note to Corporate's dealership recruiters: Our 35-mile move was complicated due to the lack of agents near our origin location. Scheduling a round-trip from the destination was about the same price (including mileage) as a one-way, but when an extra trip was needed, the numbers got skewed. There were two short-lived dealers in our origin town, but neither had anything good to say about their relationship with U-Haul and their terms. If Corporate can't offer satisfactory incentives to improve their coverage, I'd recommend folks look for other resources, even if it means shoveling out your uncle's horse trailer.

Marcia CI was very disappointed that I had to go to Benson, Arizona to pick up the trailer. About a month prior, I went to the Sierra Vista U-Haul location and rented the trailer. Then two days before I was going to pick up the trailer, i received a call from U-Haul telling me that I can pick up my trailer at the Benson, AZ location. This location was about 45 minutes away (one way) from the Sierra Vista location and had I known that, I would have looked for other options because it was very inconvenient.

John GExcellent service provided, the man was extremely attentive and gave a lot of solid advice for my first time hauling a trailer. His instructions were good enough I could do it on my own without help. His area is on the small side, and on a steep decline. Suggest giving him more supplies/equipment to be able supply larger population. He is too good of a servicer not to.

Mike AStaff was rude, tried to over charge. Auditory questions about the equipment, no contract showing no charge. Had to inform him that uhaul gave me extra miles and days to bring the equipment to that location. Will notrent or return equipment this location again.

Rouis WThe person at the pickup location insisted I come and pickup the trailer early, I went during my lunch break at work, only to find put after the fact that I would then need to pay for 2 days of rental service because my "time" with the trailer started 4 hours earlier than I planned.
David MProvide better customer service and ensure the selected drop-off locations are available to the customer. My drop off location changed the day I picked up the truck and the change was extremely inconvenient to my and my family.

Lady MThis is not the correct information for where to drop it off in Benson Arizona I had to ask the local people where the local U-Haul was to drop it off I called and called and called and called and called U-Haul nobody had the right information on where to drop it off plus I was double charged double charged double charge for stuff that was not my fault and you have an incident when I called to get information on how to drop off a U-Haul nobody could tell me the right information and I use miles and miles and miles and gallons of gas trying to find the right location to drop it off at cuz nobody knew the right information and I was treated with no respect whatsoever
debra wIt would be nice to start one's journey in a somewhat clean truck. I wasn't compensated for cleaning someone else's trip. It was beyond filthy for me to spend days in. I don't blame the facility for this, uhaul should have some type of program to see that trucks are clean.
