JANEL MDrop off was smooth and Un eventful. This is an auto repair shop and U-Haul is a side for them. Lobby is old and shows wear and mechanics usage, and is not the cleanest. It will work fine for a drop off location.

DOUG SThis drop-off location was the one I picked with my order or reservation and where I returned the trailer. However, my contract indicated another location which was about 25 minutes further away from my home one-way. The drop-off location I chose was already an hour round-trip from my house. There was no way I was going to return the trailer to a location that was nearly a two hour round trip from home. I'm not sure how or why this happened, but it needs to be addressed.

David SBetter than expected as Mr Jennings (that could be incorrect) both told me about a trailer option that was better than I thought I needed. I was in and out quickly upon arrival and the return. A sincere smile and handshake remains the best way to make me return and suggest this operation to neighbors.
JOSEPH JThe pick up location is different from the one I chose through the website. Nobody contacted me 24 hrs prior the pick up time to arrange the scheduling. The pick up location was 30 minutes away from the city I live in.

Alan ZLocation was a good location for drop off. Attendant was very stand-of fish. I handed him the key and let him know of low air or a flat on the passenger side rear inner tire. He gave no response. I asked if he needed anything from me and he said no.
Richard OThis has nothing to do with this locations on-site personnel but to the lack of communication interagency one side not talking with the other. This is unfortunate but I was charged $590 extra for a drop-off location here on top of my original fee. Original location was set up here but wasn’t informed would be up charged this amount. Location that they sent to me the second time around was in Kerrville 27 MINUTES AWAY. That’s right $590 for 27 MINUTES of travel. In any case, I sincerely hope this was just an isolated incident. Right now is a heyday for all moving companies Penske, Budget and UHAUL etc. They are calling it the Great Migration. Flight to quality. The saying goes in investing. Take your profits, because when you pig out you eventually get treated like a pig and get slaughtered.
WILLIAM CThe windshield was not sealed properly. It had blue painters tape holding it. There was a leak coming from under the passenger seat. The pick-up and drop-off process was long and frustrating. The app did not work correctly to allow pictures to be taken and uploaded. The process took 30+ minutes for each portion. Had to call the Uhaul customer service number to complete the drop-off so as not to be charged. I will not use Uhaul again with their current app.

Kari FA wrong part ordered is why I had to visit this location and rent a car dolly. In San Antonio the wrong hitch was delivered and this cost me the price of this rental plus a 85 mile trip and a waste of several hours time. Then I had to call back to get the refund that I requested when I left the original store, Part availability was going to be past my initial need date.. So another 85 mile trip was not required.. I will now order a hitch and install myself.
ray cThe app finally worked for drop off
Chris lOperator refused to replace burnt out bulb. Gave misinformation regarding drop off time and did not do a damage inspection of the trailer. Later, he sent me a link to the haul site damage inspection which had expired by the time I saw it. I would tell anyone to avoid doing business him.
