Get them the equipment that they requested. I would have been fine going to a location 10 - 15 miles away to get the correct size truck. You had already switched me to a different location then the one I selected. Then I wouldn't have had to leave stuff behind.Bruce R.

The man at the counter was rude. He asked questions that I had completed on line so that I would not have to be inside (due to Covid) any longer than necessary. When I asked if they had checked the tire pressure and fluid levels--he said they didn't do that! He told me to go over the truck for damage but would not walk with me to note damage. Inside of cab had dirt on floor. They said gas was full but actually it was only 7/8 full! Overall, just plain rude! I went to another U-Haul when I left and they checked tires and fluid for me--Boerne U-Haul on 1034 N Main Street. Super nice in comparison!Carla E.
None of the equipment was out in the van when we got there. No one inspected the truck before we took possession of it. When trying to turn the ac on the knob crumbled and the ac was going in and out.Stacy E.
I had to pump up one of the tires on the trailer. It had less than 10psi in it. After that the trailer was fine for the entire trip. I have used U-Haul many, many times and have come to expect average customer service. It seems like every clerk is learning how to use the software for the first time.david H.

The location is not a regular U-Haul place. It is small and not real nice but that's ok. The reason I would not recommend this place is because they rented me a trailer with one of the tires very very bald. We did not look at the tires when we were inspecting the trailer for damage which turned out to be a huge mistake because only about two hours into our trip that tire had a blow out which cost us a lot of time in our very long trip. We had another blowout later into the trip which costs us another four hours waiting for the repair guy to get there. He had to completely change out the brakes on the wheel and the ball bearing assembly in the wheel hub. The wheel caught on fire and could have been extremely devastating for us if all our belongings had perished in a fire because of the ball bearings and bad brakes. All in all it was a very frustrating trip.Timothy J.
Manager was not concerned that the car dolly malfunctioned which resulted in causing my front bonnt to be ripped from the car. He was willing to come out and let us show him how it failed. He said that he just check equipment out and in.william H.

I'm told that the locations are not responsible for the condition of the vehicles. This one still had twine tied around the sides from the last renter, an obvious sign that no one looked inside when it was returned. It is the roughest riding truck I've ever rented and I was fearful that my load would be turned to dust by the time I arrived (everything was fine, thanks to a good loading by myself and a friend.)Russell L.

The guy at the desk was a little on the rude side I don't know if he was having a bad day.. his name is Gary and the straps on the car dolly we're in pretty bad shape I did not get the insurance cuz I didn't want to pay extra money for the insurance and then he said if anything happened to it we had to pay for it, so we took pictures and video and when we brought it back we could not find anybody in the office had to go out to the shop and the first thing he checked to make sure those straps weren't badly damaged witch they were. They is wear and tear on those traps and they were not safe I should have asked for another trailer but I did not want to go back in and have another confrontation with this guy, but nothing did happen to the trailer because we took care of it as if it was our own. so now I will not recommend anybody to this place and I will not be back..Lisa K.
