Rich & his team are a tremendous help every time I reserve a rental. Hands down the best location and call them first every time. Best Uhaul location in my honest opinion.

No one was available to take the keys during normal Saturday hours..was able to give my keys to a worker at site (quality automotive in Sussex Ave, Seaford, Delaware) and the following day received a call from U Haul that they never received a confirmation from Quality Automotive that the truck was returned.. yikes.. very unsettling How ever I did contact the live chat at UHaul 3 days later and they confirmed that they did receive confirmation of return..phew! Thanks UHaul
alan bThe staff is friendly and helpful however on this particular visit the equipment had not been maintained to be used for that particular day. Note: The steering wheel had too much play in it, the defroster and heater motor did not operate on an extremely rainy and windy day and the front brakes where shot, with metal on metal grinding taking place during the entire trip. Left a note with the assistant but know way of knowing if it was given to the owner and operator at my rental location. Overall i enjoyed my rental however the truck maintenance was a low point. Im confident the owner will hve the issues taken care of ASAP.
Carl BI think all of the trailers should have a wheel attached to raise the trailer off of the hitch if you need to unhook the truck for any reason. If the trailer is loaded it is way too heavy to raise off by hand.

Joe LDefine and verify which trailer customer is to hook-up to. There was a mix up in the trailer assigned to me which resulted in a extra charge - resulting in my getting 2 bills. However, once I contacted the location concerning the double charges, the local representative immediately contacted corp and the error was rectified.

george rThe location drop off was an hour away from my location, this isn’t the locations fault but the high amount of inconvenience for a “east local drop off” is false. Wasted 50$ of fuel to go and come back. I should be credited for the inconvenience. Otherwise the drop off location itself was easy and open.

Carl BAs far as when truck was returned the gas that was put in grant it it wasn't exactly at a 1/2 of tank but it wasn't where they said it was. I have rented from Uhaul for 40 years and never had 1 issue.

GERALD CI dropped the trailer off on 12-14-2022 around lunchtime and there was a sign on the door saying "Out to lunch" so I left the trailer on the property. I stopped back a few hours later and the sign was still on the door that was locked. I went into another business that shares the same building and they asked me if I was there for U-haul like this was a usual problem.
