How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one there that I could find. Dropped trailer in open space with no assistance
James WIt's Difficult to pick up using mobile app. It took 45 minutes to get process completed. GPS could not validate my location. Location of vehicles is spread out over three entrances an multiple buildings.
Steven MThe online check in process is frustrating. Had to enter driver's license info twice. Checked that we wanted the $15 insurance as well as the $5. But seeing receipt now, we were only charged for the $5.
Rick SNothing that I can recommend. Van was ready on time and Jenn was very pleasant to deal with. Would rent from them again in the future.
