Christina GYour app is useless for check in. It kept telling me that my drivers license picture wasn't usable. But when I gave up and had the agent help me, the photo was already in my file with the information read off of it. Get a better app if you care about the customer.

Shelia INothing, the experience was perfect! I was helped by a very nice and professional older gentleman, as soon as I got there. He knew who I was, hooked up the trailer I ordered and checked lights. Then he had me sign two papers and I was on my way with a friendly farewell! Returning the trailer was exactly the same way but even quicker! 👌

TRENT PWe were hoping to pick up a 15' truck in Collierville or Germantown, Tennessee. Instead we were notified one day before we picked up the truck that we would have to drive 39 miles to a small town in Mississippi. The man who checked us in was friendly but the facility was so-so. The truck smelled like it had been rented before us by someone who smoked. The six pads we rented were really ratty. Some had holes in them, some had wood chips and they were not folded up. We've rented pads from UHaul before and they were nothing like this. These were beyond their last leg.

James mRenting was a nightmare from the word go .. I reserved a trailer that was close by uhaul booted my rezervatiin to a location 2 hours away. Finally got me one an hour away..Uhaul didnt try to reconcile the situation by giving a discount for their error resulting in me traveling to get it ..

TARSHA HWell to began I rented the truck and had a storage unit lined up and it was also with uhaul in Collierville TN. We had to drive 75 extra miles due to that ND was charged 159.00 for it when it was not our fault. We also.called and asked to drop it off at a storage unit that was 5 minutes up the road ND they told us we had to drive it another 33 miles back to the store. You should try to be more accommodating for you customers and not try to charge the shit outta them for unforseen problem especially when they are uhauls fault

Deanna EI originally signed up at the beginning of May for May 29th one way. Two days before pick up my UHaul pick up was changed to Holly Springs almost 15 to 20 minutes further away and then I was told I had to have 2 days instead of one because when they changed my one day out of Memphis the drop off location in Canton was set up for the 31st and I would have still been out the 40.00 extra dollars. I finally gave up trying to speak to someone since the 3 times I called to get information that was not on the website Zi had to wait 20 minutes. Needless to say I could have returned the vehicle the same day by 9:00pm but because changes were made to my reservation that I had no idea about nor gave my permission I was out 40.00 I should not have been.

JANE MJust a drop off. I informed him that 2 marker lights may have a short, loose bulb, or about to go out. They came on/off on/off on/off on/off…..come on….stay on hour or so…go off….ummmm check the blinker fluid LmAo😂😂😂😂😂😂
