How U-Haul Reviews WorkWould have given a 4 star rating however I reserved the trailer 2 weeks in advance close to my home 6miles. Day before pickup notified that I had to go 42 miles each way to pick it up. Found another location that was 34 miles each way. Not good since I already filled up the truck for my trip. Now I had refill on the way out. That’s the only issue with this rental. One would think if you reserved a trailer at the location it would be there. Messed up the entire planning of the trip.

David MThe guy was incredibly rude like incredibly and even told me he would let me rent a U-Haul cause he didn’t want to repair information in the system and then he turned his chair around I was simply only asking questions because I know what prices I seen online verses what he told me and I was being polite I told him I’d got out the money on my card I did but hit he even seems annoyed I was on the phone trynna coordinate with me family about out move that older white guy with the glasses gives loose shady scammer vibes and he’s completely rude I’d never go there again
