The staff was very nice, but not there when I was supposed to pick up the truck. Also, it was covered in snow and in snow, so our feet were wet and cold by the time we got the snow of the car. Not exactly what you want when we are moving

kenneth rGive the user enough miles to pick up the uhaul, make the drive to the new location, and then drop it off. I was only given 45 miles and that is only the distance between residences. I still had to pick it up, drive home, get gas, and then drive to drop it off but was not alloted miles for that. Then I was charged for those extra miles.
